From a business perspective, splitting the story into volumes is also a bad decision because it forces me to review this without the full story

For context, I went through all the Grisaia series before this sequel.
I'm at volume 4 rn, and to me it doesn't deserve to be included in the Grisaia series as it's not satisfying for Grisaia fans.

I don't see the point of including it in the Grisaia series if all we get is the same location (Mihama academy) and some very detached references to the grisaia games.

In the end when there's a reference it feels more like a "Remember this better game ? That was the good old time right ?".

The new characters aren't even that interesting. The only one that felt kinda unique was Murasaki, her "Russian Ninja" gag was kinda funny, but apart from that, the characters are pretty bland and generic. A lot of the time they also just feel like variations of previous characters.

For instance, Tohka feels like a Makina in the body of a mix Amane-Yuyuko. and Chris feels like Sachi 2.0.

In the end it's just "mediocre generic military girls VN wearing the skin of the grisaia series"

⑨等分的灰色幻影扳机，单卷内容较少，就算听全语音也就5小时差不多就能看完，看快一点甚至还能2小时速通火速退款。文笔延续了老风格，叙事中掺杂了胡闹搞笑营造欢快气氛，与不那么让人愉快的大背景(以及每个人身上携带的灰色故事)形成反差，这种非日常的日常类题材我还挺喜欢的。前期一笔带过的伏笔较多，但是因为分卷的缘故，有些伏笔不在本卷中使用可能不一定能够发现，分割销售坏文明。
本作作为整个系列开篇，内容还是以介绍为主，以外来老师的视角去揭开这个世界的暗面(不过主角应该是春人，毕竟男主no配音也是一个Gal的老传统了，增强代入感)，里面专业词汇挺多，世界观也是继承的老三部曲，这方面可能先看过系列动漫会好理解些，也算是一个对老粉丝的回应的地方吧，至少看到塔纳托斯串场的时候我还是有点小惊喜的。战斗内容的话，毕竟是第1卷，可能侧重于视觉效果的宣传，所以都是简洁快速的扫除作战，不过看下来有些大材小用的感觉，主角团战力太高而与之匹配的对手则都太过杂鱼，加上设定上这一行又是高死亡率的工作，不过这才是开头倒也不至于太急(说到这个我又要吐槽分卷销售，每一卷有篇幅限制感觉就不好再塑造出一个希斯奥斯陆一样影响深大的人物了)。除此之外最大的争议就是全年龄向了，虽然我认真看剧情的时候可能会不那么侧重涩涩的部分但并不是意味着涩涩就可以不要了，大概就是这种感觉。

Where do I start..-

As another fan of the Grisaia series, I was attracted by the style of the artworks and character designs reminding me of the characters from the previous not so related title of the series.
I knew what to expect after reading through almost all of the series, besides the Eden that I had to drop and haven't felt like picking it up after getting a bita disconnected after having months passing by and no longer finding myself confident enough about knowing what's been going on.. Hence why I dropped it for now, and instead decided to try this one.

I have really enjoyed the pacing of the previous Grisaia titles, so it wouldn't be all that off to claim that I was expecting something similar.
True enough to that, the game of words was more or less the same, though the parts that have been giving it the deep philosophic thoughts are gone this time around, along with many of the encounters.
..
And I haven't liked that at all.

Not only the game feels having too rushed of a story, there's a huge lack of events going on.
The entire entry to the Phantom Trigger is quita full of introductions, which makes sense as to allow the reader to feel with the characters, but due to barely any important event happening, there's not much to draw the conclusions from.
The characters will have some encounters that are enough to know what to think of them on the surface, leaving them still mysterious deep down.. Which sort of seems to be getting more deep with each entry to the Phantom Trigger series.

The artworks are amazing.
The detail to each character, not just the artistic but also personality wise is really nicely done, and that's what I care about a lot, so I still got quite a lot despite finishing the reading in no time.
Yup, the Phantom Triggers do seem to be some real shorties, taking into consideration that I'm a medium-fast reader, so it's safe to assume that a person who's not used to reading would require about an additional hour or two to finish this one up.
- The visual novel is kinetic.
There are no choices to be made. It's all based on the plot, and everything is of what you see. There're no alternative routes or anything along such lines as in the previous Grisaia entries.

Luckily, or perhaps not so luckily, the soundtrack seems to be very similar and on par the notes as the Grisaia entries, which I enjoyed listening to a lot.
Those who haven't, however, will be listening to it once again.. Luckily, for just a while due to what I'd call massive pacing issues.

That's to say, the voice acting is done to the utmost perfection.
It's nothing to talk negatively of, but instead of some truly professionally done work.
That alone was also another surprise that the game's got for me, and that probably carries over in the other entries to the Phantom Trigger's world aswell.

If I shall say..
I'd, in the end, recommend this piece of visual novel to everyone who's not into the [i]prolonged types[/i] of visual novels, the Grisaia series being the perfect setting example, as well as to the fans of Grisaia.. Because it feels almost the same.

Yes, I'd go ahead and recommend it.. But I guess, that's merely the nostalgia speaking on my behalf, having my mind clouded over with the ever so positive experiences.

插画不怎么样，一直都没有买
今天看完第一卷感觉配音挺喜欢的，对白不仅幽默还有深度，能够学到东西，剧情也有看下去动力，就把1到8多买了，要是插画好看点，销量应该好很多
一卷能够看10小时+，8卷长度应该就是80小时+。看评论有人抱怨一个游戏拆成8份卖。一个游戏卖700你愿意买？还是分成8个，每个有成就有卡牌你愿意买？

Lo primero que salta a la vista es la calidad visual (sí, mis ojos todavía están agradecidos). La atención al detalle es impresionante, desde las emociones de los personajes hasta los escenarios detallados que te sumergen automágicamente en su mundo intrigante. Otra estrella del show es su historia, que es como montar una montaña rusa cuya cadena de seguridad son tus expectativas. Además, las voces de los personajes te harán creer que están susurrando tus pesadillas (o tus sueños) directamente en tus oídos.

La jugabilidad, aunque sólida como una roca, a veces te hace sentir que estás más en un tour guiado que en un juego. Sorry to drop a negative review here on Vol 1 - as I already finished the whole series - but I want people to know beforehand what they're going to experience on Grisaia Phantom Trigger. I really need to talk about something that bothered me for a long time here: [u]The amount of dialogues talking about food in this whole series is absolutely f*cking ridiculous.[/u]

I am not kidding. And I know this will definitely sound superficial or completely irrelevant to you, but I assure you, the people who wrote this series just might have suffered from actual starvation in the past, because you will spend a considerable amount of time reading about irrelevant food topics on every single damn volume here.

I've lost count to how many times they've used food as an analogy to explain things, e.g. talking about how guns are supposed to work, or engaging on tedious and boring discussions about why cheap noodles are the best (who tf cares, honestly). That's pretty much the level of food fetish I'm talking about that you will be constantly reading, which is the main issue here.

Obviously, this will not bother you for the first Volume. Probably not on the second one either. And then you just might feel a bit unnecessary to read it on Volume 3. On Volume 4, you're definitely going to be self-conscious about it, thinking [i]"Why are they spending so much time talking about this again?"[/i]. On Volume 5, you will develop anxiety whenever they start talking about food, and you will seriously have to control yourself over the urge to skip sections of dialogues. On 5.5, you'll be glad to know it's a side-story so it'll end up fast. On Volume 6, you're going to turn insane over the fact that the entire Volume is about a flashback where people will hear the entire backtory WHILE EATING FOOD.

We all love food, I get it, I seriously f*cking get it Frontwing, but that doesn't mean you need to milk this topic on every single god d*mn Volume because you have cheap-ass writers who can't come up with better ideas for the story. The Volumes are already considerably short in-between, so it makes absolutely no sense writing about useless random food crap like it's going to be so awesome to read, because it's not.

Even the CGs - which in general are incredible by the way - were already getting repetitive because a good amount of them involves food. I don't understand why would they spend so much time writing about it when they could've used the time to develop the story and/or characters in a more in-depth level.

Anyways, if you get easily annoyed by repetitive things like I do, just know that you will be reading about food that you're not going to eat for a considerable amount of time. The fact that it could have been so much better without the food spam nonsense made me really mad.

그리자이아 시리즈의 세계관 순서는 과실 → 미궁 → 낙원 → 팬텀트리거 → 크로노스 리벨리온입니다.
스핀오프작으로 마법소녀 치루치루 미치루가 있습니다. 이건 과실 클리어하신 이후 언제든 하셔도 됩니다.

이 작품은 그 중 팬텀 트리거의 첫번째 작품입니다.
밀리터리를 좋아하고, 미소녀를 좋아한다면 정말 추천하는 작품으로 밀리터리분야에 대한 고증과 오타쿠스러운 미소녀를 맛있게 배합한 내용을 가지고 있습니다.
한국인은 특히나 좋아하는 캐릭터를 군대로 보내는걸 좋아하는데. 여긴 이미 군대에 있습니다!
맛보기로 보고싶다면 애니메이션으로 볼륨1~3이 만들어져있으니 그걸 먼저 보고오시는걸 추천드립니다.

단점으로
제작사는 개쓰레기입니다.
낙원 이후 스토리를 내는건 환영할만한 일이지만 처음 낙원이후의 스토리를 만든건 팬텀트리거가 아닌 "크로노스 리벨리온"으로 별도의 주인공을 앞세운 '모바일형 가챠게임' 이었습니다. 스토리는 좋았지만 게임성을 쓰래기코딩뭉치로 만들어놓아서 대차게 망해버린 이후 섭종해버려 스토리가 사장되고말았습니다.
그 후 만든 것이 팬텀트리거인데, 팬텀트리거를 제작 후 한번 가챠겜을 망하게 한걸로 정신을 못차린건지 DMM에서 "전장의 바르카로레"라는 모바일형 가챠 야겜을 쳐만들어놨습니다.
심지어 전장의 바르카로레의 스토리는 낙원의 주인공이 엔딩 이후 다시 등장하는 핵심스토리를 가지고 나왔습니다.
몇개월 안가서 이것도 곧 섭종을 하고 스토리 또한 데이터쪼가리가 되어 휴지통으로 사라지는가 하였는데 그 이후 모바일 게임 "크로노스 리벨리온"과 "전장의 바르카로레"의 두개 스토리를 합쳐 현재 스팀에 판매중인 비주얼노벨 버전 "크로노스 리벨리온"을 만들었습니다.
또한 최근에는 "그리자이아 팬텀트리거 THE STAGE"라고 해서 실사연극무대를 준비하고 있습니다.
심지어 팬텀트리거 볼륨 2와 3 사이의 오리지널 스토리를 다루고 있어서 한국에 있는 유저는 해당 날짜에 직접 연극을 보러가지 않으면 스토리 공백을 느낄 수 밖에 없습니다.
이 회사는 스토리를 인질로 팬에게 강매하고있습니다. 망할놈들입니다. 하지만 스토리는 정말 맛있습니다. 스토리 공백도 받아들일 수 있는 분들이라면 하시는걸 추천드립니다.

设定看起来很高大上很热血...结果就第一卷而言，充满着令人尴尬的中二和儿戏一般抽象的剧情还有自以为耍帅的桥段...
包括开局男主出场，女主（那个班主任）被教育这学校多么厉害云云，莫名其妙的应聘和留任，在救人前莫名其妙的准备...最好的剧情可能是救人那段了，可能之后有更好的剧情，但作为拆分的第一部我实在不能给好评。
或许作为搞笑无厘头作品能戳到人的萌点，但一边强调严肃高大上高武力一边充满抽象剧情就是很割裂...或许在我看来和《淑女同盟》差不多？那不如一开始就走《丸子和银河龙》那个电波路线。

[b]“Grisaia: Phantom Trigger”[/b] is a Kinect Novel, namely a story telling game without any branching route or choice to take. It's part of the universe of the acclaimed IP of [b]Grisaia[/b], and takes place after the events of [b]“The Eden of Grisaia”[/b], with a new cast of characters. So, even without any prior experience or references from the original games, I'm sure that you'll find this Visual Novel satisfying and enjoyable.

We'll follow the events of this short story from the point of view of Arisaka [i]sensei[/i], a new teacher working at the Mihama Academy. [b]“Grisaia: Phantom Trigger”[/b] is a spicy mixture of the ordinary 'School Life' genre with 'Tactical and Military Action' elements. In fact, [b]Frontwing[/b] (the developer studio behind the game) has made an excellent job in portray the latter. A steady balance between real world dynamics for guns + law enforcement and a simplified format for users without any kind of that knowledge.

As for the art of [b]“Grisaia: Phantom Trigger”[/b], we find [b]Watanabe Akio[/b] taking care of the character design of this production. [b]Akio[/b]’s style and touch is unmistakable even here: refreshing as always!

What about the 'Options' (always considered a minor aspect of any game)? The incredible UI and amount of options available here is astonishing, and far superior to most of the Visual Novels out there on the English and Japanese market. [b]Frontwing[/b] poured an incredible amount of care and efforts in making sure that game adapts to any player's need.

The voice acting is solid and perfectly depict every character properly, while the soundtracks blend nicely and play with the player's feelings throughout the development of the story.

Do I recommend [b]“Grisaia: Phantom Trigger Vol.1”[/b]? Yes, I do.

Even if the game can be completed in a bunch of hours, the final experience and production value is great and totally worth this price point. I've read a lot of reviews complaining about the 'Episode Format' for a Visual Novel of this caliber, but I personally don't care for the reasons explained above.

I'm looking forward to play [b]Vol.2[/b] in the near future.

Definitely get it on sale considering the short length for the price, but I enjoyed it. Nice artwork, voice over, etc. I'm hoping we dive into the psychology of the characters as we get further in, similar to the original series. This VN pretty much just establishes and lets you get to know the characters and setting. I'll switch this to a thumbs down if the story never goes anywhere in future volumes, but for now it seems promising. Only took about 3 hours to read but I'm waiting for the last card drop.

Edit: I'm a few volumes in now. I can't say any of them have been all that great yet, but they were at least a bit more interesting than this one and certainly weren't abjectly bad. They're definitely set up as a cash grab, though, as none of them have really been worth even the sale prices they usually go down to based on the length..

In Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol. 1, you follow the story of a young woman, Arisaka, that accepts a teaching job for a few teenage girls at a school that doubles as a secret government assassin program.

This is my first exposure to any of the Grisaia games and I have to say, I enjoyed it quite a bit. It's mostly a comedy with a dash of action and violence thrown in there. The opening volume is mostly about Arisaka's realization and adjustment to what sort of school she's teaching at and the types of children teenage assassins must be. And while Arisaka might be the home room teacher, she comes out learning a lot more than the children do.

The graphics are okay; nothing special; and only clocking in at 1280x720 resolution. In my opinion, there really isn't much excuse for anything less than 1920x1080 for a visual novel written in the last decade. I'm not particularly fond of the facial expression style overall either, lots of frowning and crooked smiles; but all-in-all, all the characters had unique sprites and there are 20 CG images (plus minor variations). One annoyance is the gallery doesn't open up until the story is completed.

A $15 full price is probably a bit on the high side, given the story isn't all that long (5-6 hours) and I don't know how the rest of the story unfolds yet, but I recommend Volume 1; I was entertained throughout.

*There are a few suggestive pictures and some of violence, but no nudity.

Since this in an episodic Visual Novel and this first volume in particular is not that long what you get here are pretty much an introduction to the setting and the characters.

Even though it was an introductory chapter I had a very good time with it. I liked all the characters, the slice of life moments were genuinely fun and I'm looking forward for what the next volumes will bring.

"我极力推荐"这样的说法并不适用于我对这部作品的评价，但是如果用steam的二元评论法来讲，确实也是好评。整个作品分成了好多部来卖倒也可以，这一卷的内容主要是介绍人物背景，轻松愉快同时有着意外的剧情，声优的出演也不错（喂haruto怎么没有cv啊喂），这是优点。背景设定虽然看起来有个很大的局，但是作为gal类的常客，这类的剧情和设定稍显单薄，故事的走向让人很容易猜到，这是缺点。其次就是画风，相比主流的画风略逊一筹，但是也有自己的特色。等我看完了剩下的卷之后再来评。

The Grisaia Phantom Trigger series of Visual Novels certainly have their fair share of action and excitement. But be aware that at their core, they are a slice-of-life type of story with students who also happen to be assassins. About 90% of the story is pointless dialogue about food, the intricacies of handling firearms, and other randomness. It can even get to the point of tedious boredom reading through everyone's favorite food preferences or why the stock one gun is better than another. Overall the stories are entertaining and there's occasional fanservice as well.

第一卷完了过来评价下，剧情不错，人物性格鲜明，战斗场面演出的很棒，一开始的学院介绍的前章有些许无聊，后面会越来越有意思，建议新开始玩的坚持30分钟后会开始铺开剧情就很有意思了，音乐BGM方面中规中矩，没有很出色，也不会很糟糕完全可以接受。

「果実」「迷宮」「楽園」はアニメ視聴済です。

あれ？Vol.1をプレイしてみると何故か既視感が有り？
調べてみるとファントムトリガーのアニメ版を先に視聴していたようです、全く覚えて無かったですが。
Vo:.1は序章、世界観や人物紹介と言った感じですね。
Vol.2も購入したので続きが楽しみです。

1화는 사립학교의 형태를 한 SORD(Social Ops, Research & Development, 민간 위탁형 공작 첩보원 육성기관), 미하마 학원의 A반 신임 담임교사 아리사카 시오리의 시점으로 학생이자 살상전문가인 반 아이들과 접하면서 벌어지는 일들을 다루고 있습니다.

밀리터리 전문용어가 많이 등장하는 게 특징(417D, 매치그레이드, 월 브리쳐, 플랜지블 탄...).
전개가 빠르고 화면 연출도 괜찮으며 캐릭터들이 매력적입니다.
언어만 되시면 가벼운 마음으로 읽을 수 있을 것 같아요.

덧) 2019-20년 게임 3화까지 극장판 애니메이션화. 4화부터는 TV 애니메이션으로 제작 예정입니다.

老實說之前動畫版的灰色系列看得不是很瞭解
但聽說幻影扳機和前幾作可以獨立觀看，遊戲上也有中文，於是決定來體驗看看這部的原作

由於不是軍事迷，因此對軍械、軍事這方面的描寫暫不評論
但作為第一集的劇本我認為不差，透過看起來流暢的日常閒話勾勒出角色性格及背景設定，同時也能在氣氛愉悅的話題中透出異於常人的不協調感，讓玩家在啃食設定時不會消化不良，這點十分值得好評

If you've never played the original Grisaia trilogy:
Honestly, I'd recommend that series over this one. The original trilogy is a series of longer games delving into the intertwined lives of a handful of students whose tragic backstories have led them to a secluded school cut off from normal society. It's got some funny moments and tense, dramatic moments, but takes a while to get off the ground with its slow pacing in the first part of the game.

Phantom Trigger is still worth playing, but it uses a lot of similar structure/tropes, and doesn't execute upon them as well in my opinion. The stories are broken up into shorter volumes, and nothing about the plot is particularly amazing. The series takes place in the same world, but many years after. Haruto and the Class A girls replace the original cast, and this originally left a bad taste in my mouth. This new male lead doesn't really fill Yuuji's shoes, and surrounding him with a roster of female students each embodying different personality archetypes doesn't hit the same as the original.

That said, I still enjoyed playing through the first volume. It's a Grisaia-esque experience that comes in smaller chunks (less than 10 hours for each volume), but if you like the first one, you'll likely enjoy the rest of the series.

По сравнению с играми основной серии, что представляли из себя эроге, тут мы имеем легкую эротику. Это обусловлено тем что концептуально нам представлены другие персонажи по сравнению с прошлой частью, да действие происходит все в той же школе, хотя и при другом руководстве. Довольно приятное чтиво, хоть и непродолжительное, конечно сравнивая с основной серией цена/продолжительность данная линейка явно уступает. Но на данную часть имеется русификтор, что является несравненным плюсом для обычного обывателя. Если браться за чтение то только за всю линейку в целом.

Grisaia Phantom trigger prend place quelques années après les événement de eden et commence une histoire original qui n'a presque rien avoir avec la série original.
Celle ci introduit beaucoup de nouveaux persos et les seuls lien avec le fruit sont l'académie, le CIRS et thanatos ( en tout cas dans le vol 1).
L'histoire est plutôt simpa et beaucoup plus axé sur les combats que le fruit.
Il y a beaucoup de détails sur les armes et les entrainements (je ne sais pas si tout ce qui est dit est réaliste mais ça a l'air crédible).
Les personnages sont aussi très attachants avec néanmoins un perso masculin beaucoup moins charismatique et drole que yuuji (le goat) .
Les OST sont un mélanges entre des anciennes de la série et des nouvelles ce qui donne une très bonne bande son.
Les images sont plûtot bonne même si on ne peut pas allait plus loin que le 1080p en résolution ( rip mon ecran 2k :( ) et des personnages non fixes auraient pu être ajouté vu la durée de vie .
Oui malheureusement , et c'est son plus gros défaut je pense, le jeu a une très courte durée de vie 3,5h pour moi (4-5h pour ceux qui mettent le jeu en auto ou qui ont du mal l'anglais) alors que celui-ci et à 8e en réduction ( nékopara en fait 4e pour la même durée de vie avec des persos animés!!!).
Ce volume 1 est une grosse intro pour la série donc ne vous attendait pas à de grands enjeux néanmoins les personnages droles et qui marchent super bien entre eux (comme dans le fruit) rendent le vn très plaisant à lire et vous feront passait un bon moment (un bon moment très chèr!!).
En conclusion, je recommande ce vn pour les fans de la série qui veulent soutenir le studio mais je le déconseille aux personnes qui n'ont pas un très gros budget (parce que la série total coute 75e en promo ouille ouille ouille) d'aller voir les episodes animés qui résument très bien le vn et qui possèdent des combats plus dynamique (animation oblige) et de prendre la suite en vn (il n'y a que les 3 premiers volumes adaptés pour l'instant) si vous êtes vrm fan de la série

故事应该承接了前作世界观。
BGM和文案也是优秀的级别，CV的演绎也很棒。
剧情的话，因为第1卷什么都讲了又什么都没讲。
只是交待了时间，地点，人物，背景，所以没法评价。
从目前来看应该制作质量很硬的一部作品。
