Vallahi eski oyun bundan daha iyi mekaniklere sahipti. Motosiklet sürüyorsunuz, el frenini çektiğinizde düz yolda basketbol topu gibi zıplıyor, düşüp ölüyorsunuz. Çapraz atılan deparlarda karakterin hızı normalden yüksek olurdu, bu definitive editionda da aynı; ama fare hassasiyeti 3 katına falan çıkıyor, adamı yönetemiyorsunuz. Sabırla oynanabilecek bi oyun bile değil. Puanım sıffır sıffır sıffır.

This game is real OG, as soon as I saw it on steam I had to get it because it gives really great nostalgic vibes where I used to visit an arcade with my cousin brother & sometimes alone & then I used to watch this game being played by other kids of my age which was again an awesome childhood experience for me.

Saben que es la m13rda? Pues esta basura no se compara en nada, literalmente te venden un juego lleno de bugs (peor que el original) si con mejores texturas y reflejos (algo raros) pero esta optimizado con las patas, ademas que no tiene la tecnologia de AMD como GTA V. Verdaderamente recomiendo mas piratear este juego no vale la pena comprarlo en su versión definitiva. Eh probado toda la trilogia pero ninguno me ah gustado en esta versión :c

I don't know if it's nostalgia talking, but I loved the game. The graphics are better, Vice City's world seems more alive than the original. Causing mayhem in VC is as much fun as it was back then.
But not everything is done perfectly. The controls of helicopters and planes on keyboard+mouse are totally horrible. I got used to them in order to complete the necessary missions however the changes that the developers did, make flying almost impossible to achieve without wrecking your nerves. I found another annoying bug where sometimes the police busted me when my car stopped momentarily with the car doors closed and without them being near it, especially at higher police star.

This game is a pretty good remaster.
Here are some notes:
The map and radar gps route is on by default, and you CANNOT shut it off. This is tragic because it ruins a lot of planning and learning the map for new folks.
The controls for flying have been refined nicely for k/m controls.
Vehicles feel a little more floaty than the original, bikes for sure act weird when they hit curbs and stuff.
Timed missions involving checkpoints or collecting items seems less difficult than the og, I have not confirmed if more time has been given for the missions or not.
Radio stations have been modified due to loss of licensing of certain tracks, there may or may not be a mod that restores the original radio stations.
You cannot make your own station as in San Andreas.
Hidden packages are in the same locations, but they do not appear until you are quite close to their location.
In 13 hours of play i only had one freeze that required re-booting.

Je viens de finir Vice City juste après avoir terminé GTA 3 et mon dieu, que c'était bien...

...mais que c'était court ! Comment est-ce possible que GTA 3 et sa map minuscule soient beaucoup plus long que Vice City que j'ai fini en seulement 17h, même en prenant mon temps ?

Cela m'a vraiment étonné, j'ai peut-être mieux joué que dans le 3, va savoir.

Mais du coup oui, quelle claque ce Vice City ! Je n'y avais jamais joué auparavant mais bordel, que cela soit la ville, les couleurs, les personnages, la variété des missions et les musiques des années 80... Quel plaisir ! Et surtout, Vice City a un personnage principal charismatique et qui parle enfin, on en a fini de Claude le muet de l'épisode précédent !

Ce jeu est un cocktail rafraîchissant et ensoleillé, les améliorations de scénario et de gameplay comparées à GTA 3 sont immenses ! On peut notamment enfin voler en hélico et conduire en moto, c'est le jour et la nuit !

Là où j'étais un peu moins fan, c'est le délire de devoir acheter des propriétés pour passer à la suite du scénario principal et finir le jeu. Sans guide, cela aurait été horrible de devoir deviner quelles propriétés étaient liées à la trame principale et lesquelles étaient secondaires.

L'idée est bonne, mais cela gâche un peu le rythme du jeu car le scénario passe d'une ligne directrice classique à une liste de choses à faire.

Ce n'est pas assez bien foutu et intuitif pour me convaincre. Cela doit être un enfer de s'organiser sans regarder sur internet et sans argent pour passer à la suite si jamais on a fait l'erreur d'acheter une propriété secondaire sans le savoir...

Concernant la Definitive Edition en elle-même, le jeu est plus stable que GTA 3, étant donné que la map est beaucoup plus grande, donc moins compacte et avec moins de détails à gérer dans un endroit restreint. Mais même si ce n'est toujours pas stable à 100% malgré tout, cela reste largement jouable comparé à la sortie catastrophique de la trilogie.

Et donc, je donne à Vice City un bon 7/10.

Ce jeu a une atmosphère unique qui m'a vraiment charmé, ça me remonte le moral de voir autant de couleurs et de soleil.

Et justement, je dirais que d'une certaine manière, Vice City est une représentation parfaite de la vie telle qu'elle l'était durant les années 80 : simple et colorée. À l'américaine bien sûr, donc pour le meilleur et pour le pire, soit...

Mais voilà. Cela m'a fait beaucoup de bien de jouer à Vice City en 2026. C'est mon ressenti personnel.

Il ne me reste plus qu'à relancer San Andreas pour la première fois depuis mon enfance et j'en aurai fini de cette trilogie Definitive.

I’ve played both the classic version of GTA Vice City and the Definitive Edition, and the differences are pretty noticeable.

The first thing you notice is the graphics. The Definitive Edition looks much sharper with better lighting, higher resolution textures, and a much larger draw distance. Vice City feels more colorful and alive, especially at night with all the neon lights. The classic version still has its charm, but visually the remaster definitely feels more modern.

The controls are also a big improvement. The original game had that old control style from the early 2000s, which can feel a bit clunky today. In the Definitive Edition the controls feel closer to modern GTA games, so driving, aiming, and moving around the city feels much smoother.

Another thing I really liked is the quality of life improvements. There’s now a weapon wheel instead of cycling through weapons one by one, and you can set waypoints on the map which makes getting around the city much easier. There are also better checkpoints for missions, so if you fail you don’t always have to start everything from the beginning like in the classic version.

Overall the core game is still the same Vice City everyone remembers, but the Definitive Edition makes it feel more comfortable to play today thanks to the improved visuals, smoother controls, and some nice modern features.

Добавили ачивку на канноли когда еще в 2002 году всем было понятно, что этот ранг тяжело нафармить (и во дворе все мерились у кого 1000 очков, а у кого 2000 и о 100к никто тогда представить не мог вообще), но тут они его вставили, и им плевать что легальным способом её не выбить, только через гличи или теми же багами из оригинала))))))))))

Даже после стольких патчей игра всё ещё сыра и сильно забагована. Ремастер "тройки" был сносным, и после его прохождения сложилось твёрдое ощущение, что большинство проблем наконец-то поправили. Казалось, теперь в переизданную трилогию можно нормально поиграть и даже получить удовольствие, но нет - в Vice City это ощущение рассыпалось уже через два часа, за которые я насчитал 12 багов. А уж сколько их было за всё прохождение - просто кошмар. Тут важно даже не точное количество, а их "природа": становится ясно, что вряд ли это вообще когда-нибудь исправят. Да что говорить, если разработчики даже Escobar International Airport не смогли написать ровно.

Отдельной порции негатива заслуживает управление летательным транспортом: это полный провал. Оно не просто стало хуже - оно стало мучительным. Пытаясь создать удобную инновационную систему, они сделали худшее управление в истории. А всего-то надо было сделать как в GTA V.

Порадовала разве что система достижений - в общем-то, ради них я и пошёл в это играть. Это действительно интересный и приятный челлендж в игре моего детства, хотя и тут не обошлось без странностей: к чему эти эксклюзивные достижения в Social Club?

Вердикт: на данный момент если и стоит играть в ремастер Vice City, то только ради достижений. В остальных случаях лучше предпочесть оригинал с модами. Если "тройка" после всех патчей стала более-менее играбельна (хотя она в любом случае хуже оригинала), то Vice City посыпалась в первые же часы, а сколько приколов я увидел за всё прохождение - и не счесть. Страшно представить, что меня ждёт в San Andreas.

Like most remasters, this one feels extremely poorly made. It honestly seems like Rockstar didn’t put much effort into fixing the issues. The biggest problem I’ve encountered is that the settings simply don’t save. I tried several different methods and fixes that people suggested, but nothing helped — every time I launch the game, the settings reset again. Overall, it feels very unpolished and disappointing.

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is another game I played a little when I was younger but never actually finished. With the Definitive Edition I finally had the chance to go through the full experience and complete everything, including all the achievements. I'm honestly very glad I did.

Out of the three classic GTA games in the Definitive Edition trilogy, this one easily sits in second place for me, right behind San Andreas and above GTA III. Vice City is an absolute blast. The atmosphere, the story, and the overall vibe make it one of the most memorable games in the series.

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City takes place in the neon soaked streets of Vice City, a fictional city inspired by Miami during the 1980s. You play as Tommy Vercetti, a mobster who is sent to the city after being released from prison, only to get caught up in a deal gone wrong.

From there, Tommy begins building his own criminal empire while dealing with different gangs, crime families, and shady characters across the city. Like other GTA games, the story is told through a series of missions while you explore the open world and unlock new areas and opportunities.

The city itself is one of the biggest highlights of the game. Vice City has an incredible 80s atmosphere, full of neon lights, colorful streets, palm trees, and music that perfectly fits the setting.

Driving around the city is genuinely fun. The world feels alive and distinct, and every area has its own look and personality. Even years later, it is easy to see why Vice City became one of the most iconic locations in the GTA series.

The Definitive Edition also helps bring the city to life visually. Improved lighting and updated textures make the world look vibrant while still keeping the original style intact.

The missions are generally very fun and varied. Some focus on action and shootouts, others involve driving challenges, chases, or more unique objectives. The game keeps things interesting as you progress through the story.

Tommy Vercetti is also a great protagonist. His personality, voice acting, and overall presence carry the story well and make the missions more engaging. The writing is solid and easy to follow, which made the story enjoyable from start to finish.

If you are going for 100 percent completion there is plenty to do. Side activities, hidden items, and other optional tasks give you a lot of content to work through. Compared to GTA III, the completion requirements here felt more manageable and much less frustrating overall.

The biggest downside mostly comes from the age of the game. Some design choices feel very outdated by modern standards.

One of the most frustrating parts is that when you fail or die during a mission, you often have to restart the entire mission from the beginning. Some missions can be fairly long, so repeating them multiple times can become annoying.

The game can also be surprisingly difficult at times, especially during heavy combat missions. Since the mechanics are simpler than modern GTA games, you sometimes have to adapt to the older design and learn how to approach missions more carefully.

The Definitive Edition version runs fairly well now compared to its early release state. Performance during my playthrough was stable and I did not encounter major technical issues.

Ultrawide support works properly and the updated graphics make the game look cleaner without losing the original feel. Overall the technical side felt much smoother than my experience with GTA III.

故地重游，好似刻舟求剑。第一次玩罪恶都市还是在小学，那时候看不懂英文只会开坦克在罪城里横冲直撞，现在再玩重制版才开始认真做任务，经过几天的努力终于是通关了，结尾看着汤米搂着肯成为罪城老大，也是让我非常激动，算是圆了小时候的梦，如果你没玩过重制版，我推荐你试一试，最后祝大家玩的开心。

О, Vice City — это просто взрыв ностальгии! Перепрошёл The Definitive Edition и остался в полном восторге — будто снова очутился в 80‑х с их неоном, синтезаторными треками и безумным стилем.

Что особенно порадовало:

Графика. Да, ремастер не без шероховатостей, но общий вид города стал куда сочнее: яркие цвета, чёткие текстуры, улучшенное освещение. Вайс‑Сити теперь выглядит ещё более кинематографично — особенно вечером, когда загораются вывески и неоновые огни.

Атмосфера 80‑х. Саундтрек по‑прежнему на высоте: слушаю Flash FM и Wave 103 до сих пор, многие треки сразу отправились в личный плейлист. Одежда, машины, архитектура — всё передаёт дух эпохи.

Геймплей. Он остался таким же драйвовым: угоняй тачки, выполняй безумные миссии, скупай недвижимость и наращивай влияние. Управление чуть подтянули — стало чуть комфортнее, но сохранилась та самая «старая школа».

Город. Вайс‑Сити по‑прежнему один из самых харизматичных игровых мегаполисов: от пляжных районов до мрачных доков. Любуешься видами, пока мчишься на спорткаре под Miami Vice-саундтрек.

Сюжет. История Томми Версетти — это настоящая гангстерская сага с предательствами, разборками и подъёмом «из грязи в князи». Персонажи запоминаются, диалоги остроумны, а ключевые сцены стали культовыми.

Да, в ремастере встречаются мелкие баги и не все визуальные решения однозначны, но они не мешают получать удовольствие. Passare da GTA III a questo capitolo fa tutta la differenza del mondo: finalmente [b]Tommy Vercetti[/b] è un protagonista con carisma, che parla e interagisce davvero con gli altri personaggi. Non è più il "fattorino muto" di Liberty City, e la narrazione ne beneficia enormemente.

- Piacevole, scorrevole e scritta con un ritmo che ti tiene incollato.
- Le stazioni radio sono ancora oggi il top assoluto, un tuffo incredibile negli anni '80.
- Purtroppo restano troppe macchinosità del passato: la guida dei veicoli è rivedibile, e in particolare la [b]guida delle moto[/b] risulta piuttosto bruttina e legnosa.

Слов не хватает выразить какая крутая игра. Даже спустя 20 с лишним лет проходится с огромным удовольствием. Ремастер хоть и не без багов, но играется круто. Освещение, тени, текстуры, все было приятно обновлено под современные требования, у меня не возникло никаких претензий.

满满的童年回忆，以前只会输作弊码到处狂轰滥炸，现在终于有机会体验剧情了。
在GTA3吐槽过的所有问题在仅仅一年后发布的罪恶都市就得到了巨大改进。不过游戏流程稍显割裂，在结局之前的后半游玩内容就只有资产相关支线，虽然必须完成但地图上并没有可购买资产位置的提示。
决定版的优化和改善算是中规中矩，然而开飞机的键位操控还是很sb。而且感觉还是有bug，明明所有资产都购买并且盈利了，也完成了夜总会和印钞厂的任务，但不知道为啥触发不了最终任务。

Lo bueno:

Gráficos: lo mismo que dije con GTA 3. La mejora de la iluminación me parece el punto más fuerte de esta versión. A diferencia de GTA 3 aquí las texturas con easter eggs como el esqueleto detrás de la funeraria romero no se perdieron.

Jugabilidad: al igual que GTA 3 agregaron las ruedas de armas y radios que ayudan a hacer más fácil el gameplay. Los controles también fueron modernizados para ser más cómodos con joysticks actuales.

Lo malo:

Gráficos: aquí no se ven tan poligonales como GTA 3, pero no es por que los trabajaron para esta versión, es el avance tecnológico original respecto al juego anterior. Me hubiera gustado que mínimo actualizarán el detalle de los modelos a un nivel como en el que está GTA SA. Por otro lado la iluminación aveces falla, por ejemplo: parpadeos de las luces delanteras de los coches, la luz del sol es muy exagerada, algunos objetos no tienen sombra y se ven fuera de escena (problema de Unreal Engine en general).

Bugs: se mantienen los bugs del juego original más unos nuevos, sobre todo en el comportamiento y la velocidad del tráfico. También me ocurrió que en la misión de las placas para la imprenta el copiloto del objetivo se paraba dentro del coche, atravesando el techo y me empezaba a disparar. Sigue el bug de los +30 FPS, es lo más increíble (en el mal sentido) que tienen esta versión del juego.

Este es uno GTA que más me gusta, de los que más horas le he dedicado, de los que más veces he pasado y uno de los primeros que jugué (lo terminé en un día, incluyendo misiones de taxista, paramédico y bombero). Es difícil dar una opinión objetiva para mi. Básicamente opino lo mismo que GTA 3, no conviene comprarlo a menos de que tenga un descuento de por lo menos 40%. No tiene la calidad de Rockstar, no mejora elementos importantes además de los gráficos y dos o tres elementos más. Yo recomiendo jugar la versión original con mods, tienen decenas de años de contenido y parches hechos por la comunidad, pueden dar muchas más horas de juego que está versión y se pueden dejar mejor remasterizado (con excepción de los gráficos). Le dejo la misma calificación que a GTA 3 porque las mejoras (como ya dije) respecto a él son las mismas que los originales.

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City – The Definitive Edition в итоге получилась заметно более удачной работой по сравнению с Grand Theft Auto III – The Definitive Edition. Если ремастер GTA III вызывал ощущение спорного и местами сырого обновления классики, то Vice City ощущается куда более целостным и продуманным продуктом.

Главное достоинство - сюжет и главный герой. В отличие от GTA III, где протагонист практически лишён характера и эмоциональной выразительности, здесь Томми Версетти - полноценная личность. У него есть голос, харизма, амбиции и собственная позиция в происходящем. Он не просто выполняет задания, а участвует в истории, влияет на неё и взаимодействует с яркими персонажами. Благодаря этому повествование воспринимается живым и динамичным, а события - значимыми.

Сюжет в целом гораздо лучше структурирован и интереснее подан. История криминального восхождения в атмосфере 80-х ощущается насыщенной и цельной. Второстепенные персонажи запоминаются, диалоги работают на раскрытие мира, а не просто служат формальной подводкой к миссии. В этом плане Vice City заметно выигрывает у третьей части.

Отдельно стоит отметить миссии. Они разнообразнее и интереснее по постановке: больше сценарных ситуаций, больше уникальных моментов, меньше ощущения однотипной рутины. Прохождение воспринимается как последовательная история, а не как набор разрозненных задач.

Что касается технической стороны, ремастер в целом выглядит аккуратнее, однако визуальный стиль местами вызывает вопросы. Некоторые модели персонажей и освещение создают ощущение «глянцевого пластилина» - картинка иногда кажется слишком сглаженной и неестественно блестящей. Это не ломает игру, но визуально иногда выбивается из общей атмосферы.

Тем не менее, в сравнении с ремастером GTA III, эта версия ощущается более уверенной и завершённой. Несмотря на отдельные шероховатости, игру уже можно рекомендовать к прохождению - как тем, кто знаком с оригиналом, так и тем, кто хочет познакомиться с классикой в более современной оболочке.

Growing up I always preferred San Andreas but with Grand Theft Auto VI on the horizon I thought now would be a great time to replay the game and I'm glad I did. As a kid I never really took in the atmosphere of Vice City, the beautiful yellowy orange sunsets and bluish teal hues that consume the city make it a pleasure to take in.

And of course it can't be a review without mentioning the soundtrack, it was just perfect. All the DJ's, radio hosts, and of course Lazlow, did a great job. Loved Maurice Chavez and his talk show, unfortunate that these days it's more of a reality talk show rather than a satire one though..

All in all Vice City is a timeless game and Rockstar's done a decent enough job at sorting out the Definitive Edition, the classic lighting option makes a world of difference and makes this version of the game worth playing through.

Overall: Highly Recommend. I enjoyed playing this again after so many years. Couple critiques/forewarnings:
- It's possible to get stuck in a spot or two and have to load a save.
- Curbs are very annoying and going up or down them at too oblique an angle can throw your vehicle sideways unpredictably... often off a bridge or into the water. Especially dangerous on bikes.
- The visuals are pretty amazing. Played this on both my PC and laptop. Using my laptop hooked up to my 77" OLED was unreal. Flying over the sunset skyline of Vice City in that sort of quality blew my mind.
- The character models; though HD now ... were they always this ugly? My impression is that they were not [quite].
- Be sure to enable DX12 by adding that argument to the game startup mod input box thing. This SIGNIFICANTLY helped frame rates on my laptop.
- The way I played the game helped me to realize how my mindset around video games has shifted over the years from one of mostly careless abandon (aka: fun), towards needing to be accomplishing something and struggling against a feeling of wasting time. Only a few times did I engage in random sustained pointless violence that is the hallmark of GTA - and a couple of those were simply because I was angry at the game screwing me over with a glitch. // Perhaps, in addition to my much older age, the dopamine bath infinite scrolling and Youtube has gotten so good at providing over the years significantly contributed to this mindset shift.

GTA Vice City is Beautiful.

Growing up as a kid, I only played GTA San Andreas & III and never had the chance to play Vice City on the older generation however, after getting 100% completion in this game and really experiencing it for the first time, I gotta say that I see why people love this game so much. I did miss out as a kid.

To begin with, the very first major thing I noticed was the map, the map looks gorgeous on the Definitive Edition. Serious props to Rockstar for the advanced graphics as when the night settles, you get to experience Vice City during its peak night life hours. The building's shining with their bright lights, pedestrians in their beach atire, skating, walking, and the colours are vibrant. I was amazed by the graphics, much more than even San Andreas and III. If I would take away the best part of this game, it would be the map and the graphics; the feel and aesthetic of the map is so well made.

Next is the story, a similar tale where one of the closer friends abandones Tommy near the end and turns his back on him AKA, becomes corrupt. Apart from that, I found the characters in the game very cool to interact with and listen during the cutscenes especially Lance Dance however, since I focus more on gameplay wise, I don't have much else to say on the storyline. There are some very tricky missions, one in particular called Cop Land that made me lose my mind almost but can be completed with determination.

Thirdly is the 100% Grind itself. As I've already completed San Andreas & III, Vice City seemed reasonable. It's almost if not the same list as III with the ambulance, police, taxi, some property missions to do, collectibles being the classic stunt jumps, and hidden packages. Along with robbing some stores, collecting cars for your dealership property, and rampages. Very similar to GTA III, but I found the list to be much more comforting in Vice City than III. Maybe that's due to the map being so small or the fact that I got attached to the map so easily and I found while getting to 100%, that it was actually fun. Not some grueling task that would suck your soul but really fun to do. The rewards afterwards are also good, you get guns and armour, health that spawn at the Ocean View Hotel along with a tank and helicopter.

And so now, I've completed all three GTA's from the Definitive Edition. I gotta say, I've accomplished what my 6 year old self would dream of every night. Countless Youtube videos, compilations, stunts and crashes, what you get when accomplashing 100%. So much nostalgia and honestly, all great GTA's. I'm very happy that I had the chance to experience this gem of a game and now having played it, it's amazing.

Солнечный, жаркий, неповторимый и супер богатый Вайс Сити и ну ♥♥♥♥ просто надоедливые НПС которым хочется просто бошку скрутить и чтоб они также лежали и подыхали под авто если честно. Ладно без негатива как говорится. Я очень кайфанул от Вайс Сити: сюжет, авто, острова да и сама вот эта летняя пора, это просто кайф. Ещё очень обрадовался тому что здесь есть вертолёты. Какой же кайф что ненужно ехать тупо постоянно по городу, а просто можно полететь на задание или прочие миссии. Короче 10 вертолётов из 10!!!

小时候数次开档 VC，却都殊途同归地卡在了万恶的遥控飞机炸大楼这一关。于是就进入了经典 n 选 1 环节：BIGBANG 炸车子，PANZER 御驾亲征，NUTTERTOOLS 化身恐怖分子。不过本身 VC 打得也不算多，大多数时间都去玩 SA 了。

其实整体玩下来感觉三部曲的质量确实是阶梯上升的。VC 改进了前作的许多内容：不再有满大街的敌对势力，主角会说话了、也有了自己的个性和野心，任务的类型相较 3 代也明显更加丰富。你甚至能看见许多未来作品要素的早期尝试（如夜总会资产任务的银行劫案）。
在 24 年三部曲大更新之后，R⭐ 本部修复了一系列 bug，也加入了经典光照模式，以让决定版的整体画面风格向原版靠拢，老玩家也得以找回曾经的记忆。VC 充满特色的迈阿密滨海风格也让人眼前一亮，紫色的晚霞和霓虹灯映照着黄色沙滩。地图的风景类型也更加丰富，而不是作为一个单纯的背景板，加上开飞机系统的加入，玩家也有了在城市上空俯瞰夜景的机会。

整体的叙事内容上还是不错的，但是节奏方面我个人觉得稍显割裂。前一半是经典简单的寻仇之路上结识大佬，但干掉第一个大佬之后其实主线故事就剩最后 10% 的内容了；在结局之前的后一半游玩内容就是各路为了结局必做的支线资产，主要玩法是各处跑腿做任务。这导致主线叙事需要强行刹车，做完很多个零碎支线后再打完短短的结局，有点意犹未尽，觉得故事像是少了很多东西没说（实际算上支线内容也不少了）。如果能安排着资产任务 + 主线穿插的形式，调和一下二者的分布、并且加以联系，可能会好很多。

当然 VC 整体玩下来还是不虚此行的，起码比 3 代值得玩太多了，更不用说 GTA6 应该也会安排一些 VC 的彩蛋。当然，VC 之后就要迎来三部曲巅峰 SA 了。

GTA: Vice City — The Definitive Edition для меня стала именно таким случаем. Пока одни просто пробегают сюжет, я решил выжать из этой игры максимум и закрыть её на 100%, чтобы увидеть город во всей красе.

Этот ремастер получил свою порцию критики на релизе, но для меня он стал отличным поводом вернуться в Майами восьмидесятых. Город, который в детстве казался необъятным, в обновленном виде заиграл новыми красками, и закрыть в нем все активности стало делом принципа и приятной ностальгии.

[h1]Сюжет: Томми Версетти и его путь к успеху[/h1]
Мы играем за Томми — парня, который вышел из тюрьмы и обнаружил, что мир за 15 лет сильно изменился, а вот его методы — нет. Это классическая история о том, как один дерзкий эгоист подминает под себя целый мегаполис.

Нам не подсовывают моралиста или борца за справедливость. Томми хочет всё и сразу: лучший особняк, самую быструю машину и чтобы каждый бандит в городе знал его имя. Очень круто наблюдать за его трансформацией из «мальчика на побегушках» в полноправного хозяина Вайс-Сити. В отличие от современных игр, где герои вечно рефлексируют, Томми просто берет бензопилу и идет делать бизнес.

[h1]Геймплей: Пылесосим Майами-Бич до блеска[/h1]
Вайс-Сити по нынешним меркам компактный, но он буквально под завязку забит активностями. Исследовать этот город на все 100% — это отличный способ прочувствовать всю глубину игры, которую заложили разработчики еще в начале нулевых.

100 скрытых пакетов: Тут ищем заветные статуэтки по всему штату. Это отличный повод заглянуть в те подворотни, куда по сюжету заходить не нужно. К тому же бонусы за сбор реально упрощают жизнь: когда к твоему дому начинают подвозить броню, оружие, а потом и технику — прогресс ощущается физически.

Миссии городских служб: Работа в скорой, пожарке или полиции — это не просто способ заработать. Выполняя эти задания, Томми становится буквально «сверхчеловеком»: бесконечный спринт и защита от огня делают геймплей намного приятнее. Это нудно, но критически важно для заветной «соточки».

Покупка недвижимости: Весь кайф в том, что ты реально чувствуешь прогресс. Сначала ты никто, а под конец владеешь половиной города. Лодочная станция, типография, киностудия — это не просто декорации, а полноценные цепочки заданий и пассивный доход, который превращает тебя в настоящего короля Вайс-Сити.

Уникальные прыжки и Rampages: Небольшие активности, разбросанные по карте, которые заставляют изучать архитектуру города. Иногда физика ремастера преподносит сюрпризы, но звук выполненного трюка — лучший антидепрессант.

Несмотря на все споры вокруг Definitive Edition, после кучи патчей игра выглядит сочно. Освещение — главная звезда этого шоу. Когда едешь по Ocean Drive ночью под дождем, а розовые и голубые неоновые вывески отражаются в лужах на асфальте — картинка реально радует глаз. Атмосфера солнечного Майами 80-х передана идеально, а модели машин теперь выглядят как новенькие игрушки в витрине.

Most iconic GTA game of all (nostalgia hitting hard). Always loved it, VICE vibe is the best (Emotion 98.3 and Flash FM while driving in Stinger or Cheetah is the recepie). Closest experience to Miami Vice, it is just on the other side of the law (Crockett and Tubs would be there to make Tommy go back to the can, but would probably kill him while chasing him - actually they do when you get 3 stars wanted level and suck at running away).

I just completed the game 100% and completed all the achievements in this legendary game.
There are mixed opinions about the Definitive and OG versions. I prefer Definitive because of the graphics.
However, in OG Vice City, every corner of the game reminded me of my childhood.

After GTA III, Vice City improved the quality of its cutscenes and story.
I really enjoyed this game. I'm also proud to have completed the game in every aspect in both versions.

The music is great, original, really good, hit music from the 80s,
which I listened to while driving.
The script and cutscenes are much more interesting than in GTA III.

Now, about the remaster. Yes, it has its flaws. Yes, there are bugs and quirks. No, it's not a flawless modernization.
But judging by how people talk about it, you'd think Rockstar committed a war crime.
It didn't. The game looks cleaner, the world is more readable, and for the most part, it's just plain fun to play.

It doesn't ruin Vice City. It just presents it differently. If you grew up with the original, the soul is still there.

The gameplay remains as atmospheric as ever: steal cars to 80s hits, engage in gunfights, build your drug empire, and complete missions that truly immerse you in the world of gangsters.

Fortunately, improved controls make the game more accessible, and the iconic soundtrack still transports players to the era of big hair and pastel suits.

Vice City is like an old but beloved record; the occasional crackle only adds to its charm. For new players, it's a chance to immerse yourself in a neon-drenched crime saga about rising to the top of the criminal underworld.
Even years later, this installment in the GTA franchise still brings a smile to your face.

Так вышло, что одной из первых игр пройденных мной в далёких 200-х годах была именно Vice City.
Ремейк действительно качественный и аутентичный оригиналу, но не без нюансов, есть проблема с неадекватным автомобильным трафиком (как я понимаю, это проблема всей трилогии), в остальном всё просто замечательно. Про саму игру рассказывать не вижу смысла, если не проходили, то чего же вы ждёте?
Спасибо за возможность ненадолго вернуться в детство.

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas were a huge part of my childhood. Coming back to Vice City after all these years felt like opening an old photo album and suddenly remembering who you used to be. The music, the colors, the atmosphere… it instantly took me back to simpler times, when gaming was pure magic and every mission felt like a big adventure.

Yes, the game isn’t perfect. But honestly, neither was the original. And that’s exactly the point. Somewhere along the way, we all started chasing “perfect” games, forgetting that the best memories were made in imperfect ones. Once you accept the quirks and rough edges, you stop judging and start feeling again.

I had so much fun. Not because it’s the most advanced game ever made, but because it reminded me why I fell in love with gaming in the first place.

Siempre lo jugaba, nunca me lo pasaba. Decidi pasarmelo y platinarlo, es un buen gta. Es sufrido con su platino pero ya lo conseguí. Volviendo con lo importante, me parece buen gta pero no el mejor como dicen, sentí que tenia escenas medio vacias, como que le faltaba acción o personas para que sea de verdad lo que la escena quiere presentar. Pero si te gustan los gta y este no lo jugaste, jugalo. 7/10 (capaz que la versión original es mejor que esta definitiva)

Бумажные машины которые отталкиваются при беге....
Оптимизация оставляет желать лучшего, разрывы кадров и падение фпс независимо от ситуации.
Баг с сюжетной финальной миссией, которая просто решила не отображаться.

A ambientação de Vice City é boa, aquele clima anos 80 dá muita personalidade pro jogo. As missões são divertidas, e no geral a experiência é boa.

i'm not really sure what angle to tackle vice city from. it basically curated what grand theft auto is nowadays. grand theft auto III took what the original games established and put them in a 3D world, vice city does that but adds an actual narrative, and feels way richer and more alive whilst doing so. but it has a lot of drivel in it today that really holds the game down, and shows its age whilst doing so.

i think if vice city's world has any strength over any other grant theft auto game i've played, is that it feels extremely focused; there is no filler on this map, it's 2 large islands, both visually distinct, with multiple bridges connecting the two, with tiny islands dotted throughout. the world's atmosphere is also unmatched, the pink sunsets, the excellent soundtrack that fills every crevice of the game, it all makes for a very "complete" experience. it's definitely memorable and i 100% understand why many people who grew up with this game swear by it, but for me it just absolutely reeks of early 3D open world game.

of course, the vibe is absolutely timeless, and driving down ocean drive on a motorbike, blaring a classic 80s tune, tommy's shirt blowing in the wind—genuinely really good stuff—but when you actually have to play one of the missions? they're just not very good. i want to preface this by saying i prefer the angle they took with missions in this game, and III, to more "modern" rockstar titles, these missions are pretty open-ended, and coming up with solutions to difficult situations was very fun. but said difficult situations sometimes go way too far.

seriously, what is cop land? like actually. or better yet, why does every single mission play out the same way more or less? i swear 90% of the missions result in cops swarming you, because grand theft auto, by nature, is a game that involves breaking the law. and for some reason rockstar decided to keep cops as aggressive as they are outside of the missions, in the missions.

thankfully, a lot of the missions feature driving, which in my opinion feels oddly great for an early 2000s game. maybe i just need to play more driving games, but driving felt super nice actually. maybe some of the cars felt way too easy to tip over, like the rancher cannot take any corners, but it's an SUV so it's understandable, and the way the game is SCRIPTED to ensure your car ALWAYS, without fail, ends up upside down, resulting in an explosion, feels insanely cheap. anyway, driving is good for the most part. shooting on the other hand, is pretty abysmal when modern controls aren't turned on.

ok, so the missions aren't great. but maybe the tedious gameplay can be overlooked by the great narrative? right? ehhhh, sorta, actually. i do like tommy as a character a lot, i think he's fairly fleshed out given how little dialogue he has compared to most protagonists in a modern game. this game does not lack rockstar's amazing writing charm and wit. supporting characters such as lance, kent, diaz, they're all pretty entertaining to watch on screen.

the way the plot unfolds is very organic, too. it just kind of works, it's extremely simple on paper, but you can't help but be gripped by tommy's predicament and eventual rise to mob boss. very cool. ok, so the story is good? that's it? not quite. i do like the reveal of lance's betrayal, even if it slightly rushed—i'm aware he is in the helicopter at the beginning, but still, i feel like more hints could've been dropped, or at least make it less sudden.

i think vice city holds up slightly better than grand theft auto III based on pure vibes alone, but i wouldn't recommend it to someone who is looking for little more than vibes; in that regard, it's practically grand theft auto III again.

И как же игр выглядит как и вся трилогия ремастер в оригинале. Серьезно, все эти современные навороты просто ужас, а на релизе тотальный пи3дец.
Играл в это на псп в детстве, миссия с вертолетом прошел со 2 раза, потому что просто запутался в лестницах которые ведут на этажи выше, максимально тупая миссия, которую можно бы выполнить используя персонажа, по сути она легкая, всех можно убить винтами от вертолета. Че игроки того времени не могли пройти, хз. Управления конечно супер не удобное.
Не прошла проверка временем, супер уныло и скучно. Хотя может с нашей озвучкой пойдет. Забавно как понимания всего, что говорят рядом меняет восприятие игры. Все эти выкрики прохожих и прочие разговоры. Спасибо, что наши перевели игру. Жаль, что как раньше уже не будет. Забавно как рокстары никак не изменились за 20 лет, по сути делают одну и туже игру. Возьми задания, кат. сцена, приезжаешь, что то делаешь, уезжаешь, диалог в машине. Конец. Мда. Видно что игра делалась на портативку, потому все задания максимально простые, и нет никакой многоуровности в квесте, буквально преедь - убей, уезжай.

The last time I played Vice City was probably more than 15 years ago. I’m a 2000s kid, and this one stuck with me for a huge part of my childhood. I picked up the Definitive Edition trilogy to relive that feeling—and wow, the jump from GTA 3 to Vice City is honestly insane. For its age, this game is so well made: the story hits, the side content is genuinely fun, and even while going for 100% (yeah, a few missions are painfully boring), I still had a great time overall.

The vibe is just too good. The music, the city, the whole atmosphere still has that special energy.

So, is the Definitive Edition worth it? absolutely. Vice City is done really well here, I had zero performance issues, and the visuals look modern and clean without killing the old-school vintage look that made Vice City so exciting back then.

It’s just super annoying that you have to buy the whole trilogy instead of being able to buy the games separately.

Anyway… Vice City 100% done. What a banger game.

I want to start off by saying that while I did play the original trilogy when I was a kid, I wasn't hooked by it, I didn't even complete the story for this one, so it didn't really impress my 12 year old self. Years later I have completed GTA V and absolutely loved it, so when they released the Trilogy definitive edition I said I'd give it another try, but we all know how that initial launch was, just awful. So I waited, not only for a sale but also for GSG to at least fix the bugs that made the games unplayable.

So now about 3 years later, having 100%'d GTA 3 for a taste of the definitive editon, completed the story of VCS for a little bit of context on Vice City, and 100%'d this game, I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ love Vice City. My only gripe with this game is that it isn't longer, I believe it took them only 9 months to make it back in 2002, granted it is was built upon GTA 3, but like Majora's Mask is an upgrade to Ocarina of Time, Vice City is the perfect "sequel" to 3, everything is great: the amazing soundtrack, improved mechanics, the 80's aesthetic, its just beautiful. The story is much more complex than 3, with tons of references to Scarface and heavy influence by Miami Vice that make it a truly entertaining watch.

I didn't have that many issues with this version of the game, off the top of my head, while grinding the vigilante mission for one of the achievements, the hunter simply didn't fire its rockets, which was fixed by landing and getting off and on the hunter again, not gamebreaking of course, just annoying. I did have one issue with the graphics, the headlights of whatever vehicle I was using kept flickering, solved it by lowering the quality of the vehicle lights. I also used the restored radio stations mod since there's no way I was gonna play this game without Billie Jean.

This is a must play, and this updated new version is the perfect moment for any new players to enjoy Vice City.
