Самое очевидное - это именно ДЛС. Та же GTA 4, только другие протагонисты и другие миссии. Все они связаны с общей сюжетной линией, это классно. Очень радуют новые пушки, транспорт и возможности.

为什么我登陆windows live 一直卡在等待中
R星出品，必属精品。上中学的时候就玩过盗版的G T A 4，几年前买回来补票。虽然正版没有汉化玩着比较费劲，而且优化做的也很渣，眼看着3月19号就要推出G T A 4完整版了，自由城之章将会被下架并合并到G T A 4中，在下架之前留下最后一段感想。就是希望R星能出个中文版，哪怕是繁体中文也行，顺便能把优化给改好。现在都2020年了，这已经是一个12年前的老游戏了，当年仅仅是一个从主机平台上移植过来的“半成品”，到了PC平台显得非常水土不服，希望R星这次大整改可以把优化做好，希望它不再吃显卡了，让新的G T A 4完整版是个名副其实的“完整版”。
一袋钻石引发的故事，剧情妙绝，结局黑色幽默，GTA系列剧情的巅峰之作👍

Al igual que el juego base, este dlc tiene una gran historia, con 2 personajes diferentes entre ellos, pero igual de carismaticos, un increible trabajo por parte de Rockstar, para hacer de este juego, una aventura inolvidable.

TBOGT is worth the price alone. Lots of content in it and awesome missions. TLAD is a lot slower and not as good in general to me, but still worth playing.

额，怎么说呢，游戏是好游戏，但是最让人头疼的就是没有汉化。。如果要打汉化补丁的话还要把游戏降级，特别麻烦，但游戏也没有大家说的优化那么差，可能是后期优化好了写吧，总之，我推荐这款游戏。

Так же как и оригинальная GTA IV, дополнения EFLC потрясают своим сюжетом. Новые машины в каждом дополнении, новые персонажи, новый взгляд на жизнь города Свободы. Лично я прошёл оба дополнения, но к сожалению ещё не выполнил все побочные задания и испытания, но даже сейчас советую всем кто ещё не играл в этот шедевр окунуться в его атмосферу и неповторимость.

Muy buen juego, muy mal port, hay bugs muy tochos y los gráficos (sobre todo de las cinemáticas) son peores que la versión de consola, imagino que esto último podría arreglarse con algún mod.
