душный кусок, отклик в боёвке просто нулевой как будто лютый импут лаг, каждое твоё действие с задержкой... для игры которая пытается казать сосолус лайком это критично и просто бесит.... в очередной раз убив примитивного босса просто нажал alt f4 и дропнул этот кал.

она абсолютно пустая, с кривыми анимациями, с убогой боевой системой, с невероятно скучной и душной мини игрой в лагерях, дибuльный краф и прокачка.

просто игра без сильных мест, ты просто каждый раз заставляешь себя продолжить играть и даешь ей шанс не веря в то что, она может быть фулл тайм такой плохой, но нет она такой плохой будет до конца ничего не поменяется...

Curti d+ e recomendo para aqueles que curtem rpg e inclusive não curtem souls, no começo pode parecer difícil, mas o game vai se tornando fácil ao aprender a jogar, recomendo aprender a dar parry logo de cara, facilita.

An underrated game. The game is like a mix of Dark Souls, Elex, Gothic and Banishers. Critics were mainly due to optimization (1% lows and 0.1% lows + stuttering), poor advertising, and affiliation with a company that players dislike. Despite all this, it plays great, and the game is fun once you've developed your character. And when you do side quests and what best weapons the game is not short (40h).

There are some nice puzzle game SEBO, though I didn't beat them all, maybe 90%. The music is okay, the graphics are appreciated after playing for longer, an interesting setting, fun exploration (with double jump and dash), and plenty of collectibles. And the combat is really good (two different ranged weapons, plus a melee weapon). My only reservation is using grenades with the same button as healing; it makes it too complicated. Parrying is sometimes too imprecise, but overall, you can beat bosses thanks to it, so it's okay. Besides optimization, the problem is fighting multiple enemies, but only until you level up your character. Perhaps the camerawork could also be improved.

PS. The final teleport in the game is confusing, and the camerawork in the final boss fight is very poor – if i din't have the second life ability, I wouldn't have beaten it. He's too fast to avoid.

É o Kratos com Pólvora e uma Raposa Divina, um simulador de matar Deuses.

Se você, assim como eu, acordou hoje com uma vontade incontrolável de dar um tiro de bacamarte na cara de uma divindade egípcia genérica enquanto faz parkour místico, parabéns, chegou ao seu destino e este é o seu jogo.

Em Flintlock, você controla Nor, que basicamente decidiu que a melhor forma de resolver o apocalipse dos mortos-vivos não é com orações, mas com o poder da engenharia balística. Acompanhada por Enki (uma raposa que fala, flutua e tem mais ego que muito influencer), você vai provar que deuses são imortais até encontrarem um machado afiado e um canhão de bolso.

Por que você deve comprar o jogo (ou por que a produtividade da sua vida vai cair consideravelmente):

O Combate: É uma mistura de Soulsborne com "eu tenho uma arma e você não". O jogo te incentiva a alternar entre bater com o machado e dar tiros táticos. É o único jogo onde você interrompe o monólogo dramático de um chefe enfiando chumbo grosso no meio da frase dele. 10/10 pela falta de educação.

A Raposa (Enki): Ela amaldiçoa os inimigos para você dar golpes críticos. Basicamente, a raposa faz o trabalho sujo de suporte enquanto você leva todo o crédito. É como ter um estagiário de luxo, só que bonitinho e com poderes cósmicos.

O Salto: O parkour aqui é tão fluido que faz o Assassin's Creed parecer que está tentando correr dentro de uma piscina de gelatina. Você salta, flutua e se impulsiona como se a gravidade fosse apenas uma sugestão opcional sugerida.

O Jogo de Tabuleiro (Sebo): Prepare-se para salvar o mundo de uma invasão de deuses ancestrais... logo depois de passar 4 horas jogando uma espécie de "trilha" medieval contra um ferreiro num acampamento qualquer. Porque prioridades são importantes. (O Mini Game é bom mesmo, recomendo)

Veredito:
É divertido, é curto o suficiente para você não perder o emprego (mas longo o suficiente para esquecer de pagar o boleto do condomínio) e te deixa com aquela sensação satisfatória de que pólvora resolve qualquer problema teológico.

Nota: 8.5/10 — Menos deuses, mais munição.

quando vim jogar achei que ele seria bem mais fraquinho, mas realmente me impressionou, ele tem mecânicas bem interessantes, gosto da história e tem um excelente level design, Um aspecto que gosto muito dele é que ele sabe recompensar muito bem a exploração, quase sempre que eu ia pra um canto inexplorado do mapa tinha uma peça de armadura, uma arma, ou algum item que de fato te faz se sentir recompensado

a mecânica de reputação é muito divertida, mas não é muito punitiva, e entendo que esse não era o objetivo dessa mecanica, mas perder a % não tem muito downside considerando que vc só deixa de ganhar reputação a mais

os mapas são beeem grandinhos considerando o escopo do jogo, e realmente todo cantinho explorável tem algo

o combate é um souls-like for babies, tipo o de god of war 2018, ele se importa o suficiente com o combate metódico mas não tem uma barra de stamina, porém tem corpse run

acho que tudo que eu não gosto nele está relacionado a dificuldades técnicas, por ex, o combate é meio durinho, várias vezes eu tinha certeza absoluta que eu apertei o botão de uma ação e a ação não saia, aos poucos fui me acostumando e integrei isso ao ritmo do jogo, mas de cara foi meio chato. Outra questão sobre o combate é que ele evolui muito bem, mas seu personagem fica extremamente poderoso já com alguns upgrades, e como não tem muitos inimigos, acaba que se você se acostuma com um padrão especifico é só andar e matar, tanto que a reta final do jogo foi a mais curta pra mim porque já conseguia lidar com uma horda de inimigos em 5 golpes. Sobre variedade, não tem muitas armas diferentes também, eu mesmo zerei com uma arma que achei com umas 3 horas de jogo, encontrei todas as outras mas nenhuma me agradou tanto e o moveset é quase sempre o mesmo então não existe muita motivação clara pra trocar

enfim! recomendo muito, um jogo de ação e aventura curtinho, com um combate bem redondinho, acho que se for com a expectativa certa pode ser uma grande experiência

Flinklock definitely has its pros, but it is really overshadowed by its cons. The game has mastered the dodge, block and parry systems of the Dark Soul series. The bosses have some of the best fights in the Dark Souls Genre.
Axe and Gun combos are satisfying and immerses you into the combat system. It has a nice inclusion of maneuverability in the form of Rift Traveling to quickly move around large maps.

Now here are some of the cons:
- The story isn't bad but the dialogue is. Trying to save the world from an evil god who just destroyed multiple cities, killing most of the population including the MC's friends and for some reason, the characters all have cheesy light humor dialogue like it's a PG Superhero Movie.
- The lock-on system is terrible with swarms. Lock onto an exploding barrel and the lock will randomly switch to another target ruining the immersion as well as the combat encounter.
- There is no variety in weapons, it's all just Axes and Flintlock Pistols/Rifles.
- Optimization issues where the map is actively generating assets causing random frame drops.
- The game forces you to rely on blocks and parries because most mobs do not flinch, turning most encounters into brawls if choosing to go on offense.
- Skill unlocks and upgrades do not feel meaningful, wasting the in-game reputation currency.
- MINIBOSSES are just upgraded versions of normal mobs.

This game had a ton of potential, but with all these nuisances on gameplay, it's really difficult to enjoy. Watching Hentai would be much more enjoyable than playing this game in it's current state.

this game is okay i got it on sale and for the price i got it for i really have been enjoying it, its not the best or the worst it just in the middle. it runs great and looks great the only thing i really hate about this game are the enemies they are kind of boring and really cheap. there move set consists of only unblock able attacks ever single attack is unblock able they are there to get a cheap death out of you and also the story. the story is kind of ass but apart from that everything is really cool.

An epic open world souls-lite with great character development, combat mechanics, and world-building.

Nor Vanek and her rag-tag crew never feel out of place or tiring. The entire cast has perfect voice acting and specialized roles to play in a dystopian world overrun by undead and malicious gods.

Skill and weapon upgrades feel rewarding and immensely help with character progression and later boss fights. The game constantly challenges you to improve on flawless combat in order to maximize the experience point multiplier that resets if hit by an enemy. All the combat moves and dynamic camera are very cinematic in delivery and results in fights with high intensity and fast pacing.

World map is highly detailed and encourages exploration for every crafting resource and conscript item (traded for experience points). As a souls-lite, there are plenty of save points, fast travel, and rift jumps so that player progress and traversal always feel efficient.

Despite random UE crashes, the game saves all progress prior so this becomes less of an issue.
Extremely entertaining and a must play.

I don't think I have had a game grip me the way Flintlock did for a long while now. I don't have as much time to sit down and play as I used to, but every second I got to sit down, I spent it playing Flintlock until I the credits were rolling down my screen. It wasn't incredibly long and it was a little wonky at times but it was fun. Maybe buy it on sale. Play it with a controller.

The world felt original to me, and the lore made me go out of my way to find and read codex's. It wasn't incredibly deep, but I found it interesting.

The combat felt like a mix of Devil May Cry, and God of War sort of? You have a reputation modifier that increases based on the variety of attacks, and skills you use but the combat flows like God of War Ragnarok's combat does. It can get a bit repetitive at times due to the low variety of enemies, especially in the beginning since you don't have much unlocked, but it flows well. An Axe, a Flintlock Pistol, and the extra weapons were an interesting choice that fit Nor, and the setting very well.

The boss fights were a bit wonky, but still fun. Except the last one. I'm not sure what happened with the final boss fight, but some of the mechanics felt inconsistent during it. Parry timing felt off, interrupts didn't always work, and it felt like I had to cheese the last bit of it to beat it. Still managed to beat it though. One of the fights broke my heart a little bit.

There weren't a lot of characters to really get to know. You mostly learn little bits of information about Nor, and Enki. I'm gonna miss Enki.

If you die, you lose your reputation, but you have one chance to reclaim it at the spot where you died. If you die again before reclaiming it, the reputation is gone. Also, when earning reputation from killing enemies, you need to claim it. Or else it will VANISH.

Seba board game is an easy way to farm reputation. Thanks Baz. The defense turn feels much easier since the AI seems kinda dumb.

Side quests aren’t too many, yet they're worth for extra reputation or other rewards. The world itself looks beautiful and doesn’t feel too empty.

The lock-on target system is SHEET. Even a slight mouse movement can switch targets, which is annoying. If I lock onto a target, it should stay on that SINGLE target even if I move my mouse. I already turned off the option, but it still happens.

I found my playstyle, but sadly, there’s no New Game+. The Deluxe Edition only gives cosmetics plus a rare class axe and pistol. Honestly, it’s not really worth it.

За исключением некоторых моментов конечно, но всё же.
Это действительно жанр соулс лайТ как и указано в описании. Есть двойной прыжок и уклонение которое юзается в воздухе всё вместе. Кроме милишного оружия есть ганы которые заряжаются от ударов по противнику. Выглядит игра красиво, играется отлично. Вот именно играется как игра в классическом понимании. Ничем не перегружена и ты кайфуешь от чистого ядра геймплея.
Есть пара косяков но не критично, бег твоего персонажа ощущается как на беговой дорожке или лунная походка, привыкаешь к этому быстро. Стон персонажа когда прыгаешь и взрыв пороха когда делаешь второй прыжок спустя 10 минут игры начинает сильно калить. И то и другое очень громко на фоне остальных звуков
А в целом очень понравилось, боёвка соулсная но намного более динамичная. Удары ощущаются очень увесисто, исследовать карту приятно. Скидка на неё большая будет на распродаже так что берите, пробуйте

It´s not a bad game, but not worth the full price. Game feels like a mix of a Souls-lite and Tomb Raider, because how you traverse through certain areas.

Positives:
-Interesting setting, black powder in a fantasy world.
-Beautiful levels, that offer some room for exploration offside the main path.
-Also, beautiful OST (wouldn´t be suprised if A44 hired the composer from the Ashen OST again)
Mid:
-Combat works, though dodging and parrying can get chaotic when locked on an enemy. But still, the Axe / pistol combat is cool.
-Sometimes the player char doesn´t grab on ledges, which would be grab-able.
Negatives:
-Performance.....i had to turn off NVidia Reflex, otherwise the game was more of powerpoint presentation with all that stuttering.
-Outfits are purely cosmetic, so what´s the point of buying them?
-AND the sound mixing/quality for voices, it makes no sense. The main characters sound so quiet, muffled, sometimes like they are in a different room. And NPC´s in towns like they are standing next to you and literally talking in to your ear.

『Ashen』を製作したゲーム開発スタジオが贈る、人類の未来を懸けて神々と銃がぶつかり合う、“ソウルライト”を謳う三人称視点のアクションRPG作品。

大いなる「冥界の扉」が開かれたことで、古の神々と死者の軍勢が世界に溢れ出した。
主人公である傭兵「ノア・ヴァネック」は狐のような相棒エンキと共に人類の未来を賭けた戦いにその身を投じ、死者の軍勢に立ち向かい、神々を討ち、世界の破滅を止めるため旅立つこととなる。

プレイヤーは主人公を操作して各地を旅しながら強力な神々を撃破しつつ、物語を進めていく事となる。
世界の設定や物語、バックグラウンド設定自体は面白いのだが、実は本編でこれらを上手く活用できていないため、非常にもったいない事となっている。

また、殆どの登場人物は外見的に特徴が薄く、また性格的にも魅力に欠けている。
言葉を選んで曖昧に述べるが、“この手の作品”によく登場する“アレな”性格の面倒な登場人物も基本的にはいないので、物語は毒にも薬にもならないと思ってほしい。

一応オマケとしてあるという形だ。

本作の舞台となるマップはいくつかのオープンフィールドとなっており、各マップの大ボスを撃破する事で次のマップが解放される形となっている。

戦闘、探索、サブクエストなどをこなしながら、自身を強化して物語を進めていく事となる。

それぞれの要素に関しては、各項目で詳細に解説していこう。

[h1]アクションと戦闘[/h1]
戦闘で使用するアクションは近接攻撃、ドッジ（回避）、ガード（ゲーム内名称はブロック）、ジャストガード（ゲーム内名称は受け流し）、カウンター、仲間であるエンキの攻撃、魔法、銃撃となる。

基本となる近接攻撃だが、本作にはスタミナの概念がないため連発できる。
また、わりと攻撃の振りが早いので、かなり操作面ではとっつきやすいモノとなっている。

本作の立ち回りの基本はジャストガードとなるのだが、これの判定が緩く、成功時、そこからのカウンターのモーションやカメラワークが良く出来ており、かなり爽快感が強い。
また、“ジャストガード”であるため、失敗してもガードに化けるので試しやすい点がありがたい。

敵によっては赤く光り、ガード不可能な攻撃をしてくるモノもいるのだが、この場合はドッジで避ける形だ。
このドッジ、回避の仕組みは「プラボ」からの影響なのか、ステップ形式になっているので、使用後すぐに攻撃に繋げられる点がなかなか面白い。

かなり直感的に繋げられる形だ。

敵が赤く光る攻撃は回避の他に、この攻撃にあわせて本作の特徴の一つでもある銃撃を重ねる事で敵の体勢を崩す事が可能となっているので、積極的に狙ってみると良いだろう。

ちなみに、説明だけでは「ブラボ」の銃でのパリィを彷彿とさせると思うが、実際には敵の攻撃がキャンセルされてスキができる程度だと思ってほしい。

銃は通常に遠距離攻撃としても使用でき、弾薬に制限があるのだが、敵に通常攻撃を当てる事で回復していくので、戦闘中はわりと頻繁に使用可能だったりする。

エンキに敵を攻撃させる事もでき、これも一応“魔法”判定なので少しややこしいが、この攻撃は敵に直接のダメージは与えないが、敵のHPの上に表示されるゲージを貯めることができ、これが最大になると敵に対して強力なクリティカル攻撃、いわゆる「テイクダウン」系の攻撃を行うことができる。

こちらもカウンターと同様にカメラワークや演出が良く出来ており、決まると非常に気持ちがイイ。

エンキを使用して攻撃を行っていくと魔法ゲージが溜まっていき、これが最大になると強力な魔法を使用できる。
こちらは後ほど解説するスキルツリーで色々と覚えることができるが、どれも強力なので好みにあわせて使い分けると良いだろう。

これらのアクションの他に、物語を進めていく事でサブウェポン的ないくつかの銃や道具も使用可能となる。

基本的な攻撃以外に、ジャストガード、回避、魔法、銃撃など、戦闘で取れる選択肢が多く、良い意味でプレイヤーに有利に作られている。

また、本作は“ソウルライト”を自称しているが、ここまでの解説で既に分かっていると思うが、あくまでもソウル系から影響を受けたシステムがあるだけで、ソウルかどうかと聞かれれば、そちらから影響を受けた要素をいくつか持っている「GoW（新しい方）」シリーズからさらに簡易的にしたという印象が強い。

先ほど言ったようにこれは悪い事ではなく、戦闘面を面白くしつつも、アクションを成功させる面白さ、強力な敵を薙ぎ倒す爽快感を重視した作りとなっている形だ。

開発側的には話題性も重要となるので、それもあって“ソウルライト”という単語を使ったのだろう。

あえて戦闘周りの問題点を指摘するならば、ボス戦等は少し立ち回りに気を付ける必要こそあるが、自キャラ自体が強い事もあり、基本的には難易度は低めの作品となっているので、腕に自信のある方には少々物足りなく感じられるかもしれないことぐらいだろうか。

そしてこちらは完全に問題点となるのだが、一部の箇所や大型の敵との戦闘ではかなりカメラワークが酷くなる。
特に大型の敵との戦闘では自身が見えなくなるという状態が多く、ここら辺はもう少し調整が欲しかったところだ。

余談となるが、本作の回復手段は所謂「エスト瓶」式になっており、もちろんチェックポイントでコレの使用回数を回復する事も可能だ。

[h1]探索とプラットフォーマー要素[/h1]
別の項目で述べたように、本作はオープンフィールドのいくつかのマップでの冒険、探索を楽しむことができる。

オープンフィールドと言う事で、ある程度は自由に探索できるが、後半のマップ程自由度は下がるので、良くも悪くも殆どリニア進行だと思ってくれると良いだろう。

ちなみにクリア済みのマップには、仲間に話しかける事で何時でも戻ってくる事が可能となっているので、何かしらを取り逃していたとしても心配はいらない。

進行こそリニアに近いが、本作のマップでの探索はかなり力が入っており、面白い。

ダブルジャンプや空中ダッシュ（的な能力）、特定のポイントで使用可能なエンキの力を利用した空中移動など、主人公の移動能力が高く、プラットフォーム移動を駆使した探索、隠されたエリアを発見する面白さがある。

探索を行う事で何かしらの報酬をしっかりと得ることができるため、ついつい探索をしてみたくなる。

二段ジャンプを利用して、町では屋根の上、マップ内では高い位置などに行ってみると、大抵は何かしらのアイテムが隠されていたりするという感じだ。

マップを探索していると敵に占領された街などを発見する事もでき、敵を全滅させてそこを解放する事も出来る。

これを行うと“エスト瓶”の最大数が増えるので、こちらも積極的に攻略していくと良いだろう。

探索周り、と言うよりもプラットフォーマー面での気になった点としては、主人公は足場の端を掴んで登る事が可能なのだが、その判定が悪い意味で甘い箇所がたまにあり、なかなか足場を掴んでくれない事がある。

もちろん高い所から落ちると死ぬので、これが割と致命的だと感じた。

[h1]成長とRPG要素[/h1]
成長は敵を撃破する事で得られる通貨（ゲームあ内名称は別）を使用して行う事ができ、火薬、魔法、鋼という項目に分かれたスキルツリーで行う。

火薬は遠距離ダメージ、魔法はそのまま魔法ダメージ、鋼は近接ダメージが、それぞれスキルを習得する毎に自動で上昇していく仕様となっている。

本作のスキルツリーで習得できるパッシブ、アクティブスキル、これらの能力はどれも強力であり、さらに戦闘では近接、魔法、銃撃、そのどれもが有用で常に使用する事となるため、バランスよくスキルツリーで能力を習得しても良いし、プレイスタイルに応じて特定の方向性に特化させる事も可能だ。

強いてこちら方面での問題点を挙げるならば、だいたいは戦闘の項目で述べた事の繰り返しとなるのだが、スキルがどれも強力であるため、ゲーム後半では主人公が強くなりすぎてしまい、少々緊張感に欠けてくる。

バランス的にここら辺は気になる方もいるかもしれない。

次に、本作には装備品の概念があり、探索やサブイベントを通して武器や防具を入手でき、同じく探索で発見可能な素材を消費する事で強化をする事も出来る。

武器には特殊な効果、例えば敵に「やけどを負わせる（ゲーム内表記は別）」などがあるので、ビルドにあわせて選ぶと良いだろう。
同じく防具にもこういった効果があるが、さらにこちらはセット効果もあり、同じタイプの防具を一定数装備する事で追加の効果を発揮してくれる形だ。

ちなみ、これらの防具は全て固定の能力となっているので、トレハン要素はないので、そちらは勘違いの無いように注意して欲しい。

大きな特徴こそ無いが、爽快感を重視した秀作。
ソウルライクでは決してないが、アクションRPGとして楽しむならありな作品だ。

緩めな難易度ながらも、判定の甘いジャストガードからのカウンター、爽快なテイクダウン演出、スタミナ不要の軽快な近接戦闘など、戦闘面の爽快感はしっかりと作り込まれている。
また、移動能力の高い主人公を活かしたプラットフォーム面、探索も力が入っており、探索のし甲斐も十分にある。
RPG要素も程よく機能しており、全体的にプレイヤー有利な設計で快適にゲームを楽しめる点は素直に評価できる。

一方で、「ソウルライト」という触れ込みで期待すると肩透かしを食らう可能性が高い。
難易度は低めで緊張感に乏しく、後半は主人公が強くなりすぎてしまう点、一部の大型の敵との戦いでのカメラワークの拙さ、そして物語やキャラクターの魅力の薄さなど、惜しい点も目立つ。

本作を象徴するような独自の「特徴」が見当たらない点は、印象の残りにくさに繋がっている。

「ソウルライク」という言葉を真に受けると期待とのギャップを感じるかもしれない。

しかし爽快なアクションRPGとして割り切れば、十分に楽しめる水準の作品だ。
セール時やGame Passでの配信があれば、気軽に手を出してみる価値は十分にある。

Je suis totalement passé à côté de la sortie de ce jeu et je le regrette car j'aurais voulu être de ceux qui le défendent.
Il semblerait que les ventes aient été décevantes, alors que je l'ai adoré !
Un peu moins de 20h de durée de vie, histoire intéressante, direction artistique somptueuse, le combat peut rebuter mais on s'y fait très bien et on finit même par l'apprécier vraiment une fois maitrisé.
Je ne peux que vous recommander cette aventure !

Мне понравилось. Это, конечно, скорее середняк, но довольно короткий, не запарный и приятный визуально. Фоторежим - конфета.
Не понимаю претензий к героине - у нее весьма привлекательное лицо, а фигура, вроде, соответствует её образу жизни, весьма подтянутая. Тут же не аниме-боевик, а она не ходит качать ягодицы в зал, да и с диетой правильной наверняка проблемы. Ну либо мне стоит выходить и щупать что-то, помимо травы, допустим.
В общем, мне понравилось на это смотреть и в это играть. Передвижение сделано классно, вообще считаю, что во всех играх с открытым миром должно быть подобное (или как в elex, например). Боевка тоже довольно занятная, бодрая.
Но вот открытый мир (большие локации с невидимыми стенами) не особо интересно исследовать, сайды тоже ценности не представляют. Да и система репутации с модификаторами не понравилась - постоянно чувствуешь, что что-то недополучил.
Сюжет тоже не особо впечатляет, боссов не оч много, в основном - повторяющиеся. Пара главных героев понравилась.
В общем, если не заострять внимание на сайдах, фарме и вылизывании локаций, то пробежать ок. К оптимизации и производительности на старушке 2070 вопросов не было (кроме пары конкретных мест, где фпс стремился к 10).

Flintlock is a very fun game that has a mixed reputation because it isnt a full on souls like. TBH While it is has flaws, I personally found the game fun where it counted, and liked how the combat felt. I loved mixing in bullets and hatchet combos. I also liked the build variety even if the lack of a new game + made some builds a bit harder.

That being said it isnt perfect and has little imperfections here and there, but tbh its nothing that made me stop playing. Its clearly trying to be its own thing, and I am fine with it not being a hard as balls soulslike. Even if some Souls Tubers are salty they didnt get a dark and depressing world with more blood and death than a creepypasta

I like to play my soulslikes leaning back with a controller in hand, so I prefer not to have to do much aiming - melee and/or projectiles with lock-on are my preferred playstyle. Initially I was worried this would be too gun-heavy and I would have to use kbm instead, which I don't like as much. Luckily I was wrong.

This scratches that souls itch really nicely - weighty melee combat, responsive parrying, rewards exploration, even throws some new ideas into the mix. There are guns that you use with lock-on and other guns that you use with free aim (I didn't use this much except on some bosses).

Unfortunately, I think the devs really wanted to emphasize where this stands apart from other soulslikes with the gun-based attack interruptions for unblockable/unparryable moves. I'm used to these sorts of boss moves where you have no other option but to get out of the way (in Flintlock, you can shoot them to interrupt). But here they have every trash mob using them liberally, so there's not a great reason to get good at parrying because every other attack you get is unparryable. That was really disappointing, as that's my favorite way to play these now after Sekiro beat it into me.

Also, for some reason, there is a quest with a certain "don't use these items" restriction and if you use any of the twitch reflexes you've been building all game you get the bad end for it - even just wearing some armor can trigger it. That really sucks.

Otherwise, it's a great soulslike and I only wish it was longer - two large areas and a third small final area. Beating a game and wishing it went on longer is pretty high praise, so good job devs!

BTW, don't trust my playtime, I left it running while attending to other life chores pretty often, so you can beat it in waaaaaaay less time than that.

Good stuff - something between Monster Hunter and Dark Souls.
Word of advice for new players - there's not enough resources to upgrade every weapon in the game, the basic axe and pistol are useful throughout the game and will carry you until you find neat stuff like the burning axe and armor-piercing hammer. Similarly, the standard musket is great during the entire game. You'll find some fun stuff like an incendiary cannon later on.

Flintlock had a good idea, but not enough substance to go on.

I LOVED the gun/axe combo of fighting, and the ways you can move around.

But that is it. The maps are empty and boring, enemies are repetitive and way too easy to beat in most cases, so the game usually just sends a horde of them your way. Only a few of the enemies are actually a fun challenge, but everything else has two moves that are repeated on cycle.

Quests are very short and not interesting - bring back item or kill enemy.

Farming material is VERY limited, and farming is extremely boring.

There are a bunch of random stuff that does not belong here, like "liberating outposts" and "maximizing all gear". Both do not belong in a game like this.

Voice acting was really subpar by all actors, and a lot of lines are repeated way too many times.

And the stuff I hated the most was the way you get money/XP - you get it with a Devil-May-Cry-like style point system...in a souls-like game...This was awful.

не понимаю негативные отзывы по игре, игра стоит своих денег (даже без скидок)

графика неплохая, не вау, но хорошая.
боевка не слишком однотипная, есть пространство для разных действий и разного вида боя
сюжет интересный, мир довольно обширный, но основное...

погружение благодаря звуковому сопровождению: озвучка персонажей, их интонации. проникаешься к лису, как к родному, а когда отдыхаешь - он храпит :) мне даже немного грустно, что игра уже пройдена, и я больше не услышу этого прекрасного лиса и его "тяф-тяф" на врагов, ну и когда афк встаешь как главный персонаж начинается напевать песенки, а у костра такой свой, как отец, Баз, который всегда поддержит

есть дополнительные миссии, и они переплетаются с сюжетом, так что лучше проходить, чтобы больше погрузиться в историю

придумали настольную игру и разные виды монеток в ней, логичная, на подумать, молодцы

The world exploration is a bit janky with the invisible walls and all but everything else about this game is really solid. Сам пройшов і всім раджу. Як фанат Ashen, я не міг не спробувати наступну гру студії, і залишився задоволеним. Приємний дизайн локацій, новаторські механіки і думаю треба окремо виділити саунддизайн, він відчувався максимально свіжим. Відсутність української локалізації, звісно трохи зіпсувало занурення, але сеттінг і сюжет вийшли максимально неочікуваними(поєднання месопотамської міфології і військ часів наполеонівських воєн) і навіть не рідною мені англійською було цікаво і зрозуміло.

W grach z segmentu „AA” drzemie specyficzna magia, którą wielomilionowe hity często tracą: odwaga do bycia eksperymentalnym, a nawet nieco „drewnianym” w imię czystej frajdy. Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn od studia A44 to właśnie taki tytuł. Nie próbuje wymyślić koła na nowo, ale montuje do niego piekielnie ostre kolce.
Od momentu, gdy wcielamy się w Nor Vanek, staje się jasne, że to nie jest typowy, wyczerpujący Soulslike. To raczej Souls-lite, rodzaj gry, która szanuje czas gracza. Jako ktoś, kto widział zarówno za dużo jak i za mało napisu „You Died” (odbiłem się od większości Soulslike‘owych tytułów), uznałem podejście Flintlock za odświeżające. Gra łączy rytmiczne parowanie rodem z Sekiro z mobilnością zręcznościowej platformówki. Tutaj nie tylko turlamy się w błocie, a robimy podwójne skoki, śmigamy przez magiczne portale i używamy pistoletu skałkowego, by przerwać ataki boga (tak, dobrze przeczytaliście - boga, bo w tej grze zabijamy bogów). To swoiste „the best of” gier akcji ostatniej dekady, przypominające klimatem trylogię Prince of Persia z połowy lat 2000.

Sercem gry jest relacja między Nor a jej lisim towarzyszem, Enkim. Ich przekomarzanie się to dusza narracji. Choć główny wątek – zabijanie mściwych bogów – jest dość standardowy, więź tej dwójki sprawia, że podróż ma sens. Enki nie jest tylko maszynką do czytania notatek; to mechaniczne przedłużenie walki, nakładające klątwy na wrogów, byśmy mogli wykonać efektowną egzekucję prochem i mieczem.

Czy gra jest dopracowana? Nie do końca. Można natknąć się na błędy dźwięku, czasem „pływające” sterowanie może spowodować nagłą śmierć, a spadając z obronnego muru natrafić na jakieś dziwne artefakty. Ale jeśli przymkniecie oko na te niedociągnięcia, odkryjecie rytmiczny, wybuchowy „taniec”, który daje ogromną satysfakcję. To intensywna przygoda na 6-12 godzin, która wie, kiedy zejść ze sceny.

To gra dla ludzi, którzy lubią ideę Soulsów, ale nie chcą traktować grania jak drugiego etatu, o taka przygodówka z pięknym światem dla niedzielnego gracza (czyli dla mnie).

Plusy:
Dynamiczna walka: Świetne połączenie broni białej, palnej i magii, które nagradza agresję i styl.
Mobilność i wertykalność: Podwójne skoki i wybuchające beczki sprawiają, że eksploracja jest znacznie swobodniejsza niż u sztywnych konkurentów.
Przekonujący duet: Chemia i dubbing Nor oraz Enkiego wyciągają prostą fabułę na wyższy poziom.

Minusy:
Problemy techniczne: Nierówny poziom głośności dialogów, spadki klatek i sporadyczne błędy przy chwytaniu krawędzi.
Brak głębi: Mała różnorodność broni i pancerzy; świat mimo, że na mapie duży to lokacje są do siebie bardzo podobne (mimo oryginalnej stylistyki).
Skala: Tylko „kilku“ głównych bossów może rozczarować osoby szukające epickiego wyzwania na dziesiątki godzin.

This is more "souls lite" then "souls like" but the combat is satisfying once you start unlocking more skills and use them the their full potential.

I say its "souls lite" because its not to punishing in dealing with enemies. Theres a few cheap placements of them but thats it. You get a flask and a few other consumables that restore on death. Your exp is lost on death and you can reclaim it. But theres no place to farm for materials or really farm for exp in any decent amount. Towards the end of the second act I found one guy I could kill after about a 20 second run that netted 1000 exp a kill. Thats about it. Theres no stat leveling, no stamina, armor is for offensive purpose more then defensive, you can spec your skills into melee, ranged, or spells but by the end of the game any decent player should have found enough to max two of those. And they dont feel like class defining skills.

But its still enjoyable. The game is open world but over all the world is small. Made up of 2 decent size maps and a third thats ok but compared to the other its more linear and small.

Boss fights leave something to be desired. I had problems with the first boss. It seems like I ran into a bug that caused my character to move and react slower then normal. I dont know what stopped it from happening but once it did the fight was easy. The other bosses all took 2 or 3 tries, even the final boss.

It is by no means a "must play" "souls like" but if you want to kill 9-15 hours, its not a bad way to do it for $10. Skip the DLC/Deluxe version unless you absolutely must have the cosmetics that come with them. They dont do anything.

Не приметная игрушка, которая на мое удивление увлекла меня на 30+ часов.

Flintlock смешала в себе элементы RPG и механики Souls-like. Имеет открытый мир, состоящий из 3 карт, третья карта это уже финал, поэтому 90% игры мы проведем на первых двух.
Играем девушку\женщину и ее крутым компаньоном лисой - Энки, который участвует в бою.
Боевая система казалось бы простая, клик-клик-клик, но этого не достаточно и от простых кликов здесь легко погибнуть, что бы этого не произошло, вместе с "кликами" чередуем: блок, контратаку, не можешь контр атаковать? Используй пистоль, что бы прервать атаку врага, уворачивайся, наноси проклятия своим питомцем. 1\3 игры у меня горело, я не могу ни заблокировать удар противника, ни контратаковать, ни увернуться, все это здесь работает очень криво. Лишь после того как прокачал оружие и питомца, в уворотах и блокировках я стал меньше нуждаться гораздо меньше и соответственно стало меньше гореть.

Шмота для прокачки здесь не много, где то 4 сэта на всю игру, оружия побольше, раза в 3. Несколько десятков пассивных\активных скиллов, разделенных на 3 ветки: Дальняя атака, ближняя и магия.

Если захотите выбить ачивки, не качайте все подряд, ресурсов на все не хватит, сконцентрируйтесь на определённых вещах: 1 шлем, 2 разных оружия ближнего боя, 2 дальних и 1 граната. Тщательно изучайте карту, каждый закоулок, каждую крышу. Мне под конец игры не хватало 6 железной руды, необходимо было найти два пропущенных места, пришлось пробежать начальные локации и да, нашел.
Диалоги в игре скучные, половину проскипал, разве что разговоры с Энки вызывали хоть какой то интерес.
Уже к концу игры я привык к лисе, очень милый и интересный зверек, хотелось бы увидеть продолжение, интересно, что там, но скорее всего не будет.

Как и во всех соулслайках, здесь имеются аналоги костров и эстуса, возвращение на место смерти, что бы вернуть свой опыт, шорткаты в виде порталов, восстановление "эстуса" и мобов после отдыха у "костра", внезапные враги из-за угла, атаки со спины, из кустов, которых не увидели по понятным причинам, хорошо спрятаны.

За все время прохождения, у меня раз 8-10 вылетала игра. Один раз на боссе.

At its heart, this isn't the punishing Elden Ring clone the souls-lite label suggests. It is far closer to a AA/III God of War, a precision combat murder factory where you use axe, sidearm, and a pocket-sized god's magic. When the combat clicks, and you're chaining curses, dodging, and blasting your way through a trench of the undead, it's superb.

The game's true triumph is its narrative. We live in a world obsessed with Red versus Blue, driven against each other by the ceaseless churn of modern tribalism. Flintlock takes that conflict and weaves a parable about what it means to be on one side of a war, and not necessarily the right one.

You play as Nor Vanek, a sapper fighting a desperate, losing battle against the gods. She forms a devil's bargain with Enki, a diminutive, purple-blue fox-god. What begins as a pact of convenience (and both sides lying to each other just to survive) blossoms into a profound exploration of humanity. The voice acting from Olive Gray and Alistair Petrie is S-tier, using the silence between words to do the heavy lifting of a growing, reluctant friendship.

Is it perfect? No, as you'd expect for a game celebrating a AA budget. The economy, which ties cosmetic upgrades to the same currency you need for crucial skill unlocks, is a frustrating poverty trap. It punishes struggling players by stripping their XP multiplier the moment they take damage.

But if you can forgive the mechanical friction, the emotional payoff is titanic. It asks us to consider whether we can forgive the unforgivable, and whether the shape of what we are determines who is worth dying for.

Flintlock is a beautiful, flawed, and deeply moving experience. Do yourself a favour: buy the game, support the studio, and discover a path to your better self... one fight, and one truth, at a time.

抛开ZZZQ因素（受不了可以打mod换脸）这还算是个不错的游戏。
游戏只有三张地图，半开放世界吧，探索还算有趣，犄角旮旯里总是塞了些物品，当然宝箱是少不了的。大概30小时就能全收集通关，有人觉得短，我觉得刚刚好，有时流程太长是种折磨。
战斗意外爽快，弹反、破甲、处决特写镜头还挺帅气，但是闪避判定很迷，有时感觉闪过了结果中招，还不如跳跃躲避好用。锁定也有问题，经常镜头一转就掉了。
算不上优秀作品，好在要素齐全，该有的都有。现在打折也很便宜，买来娱乐个十几二十小时还是相当不错的。

Не знаю, наскільки Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn можна відносити до соулзлайків, але так, вона досить складна.
В іншому можу виділити кілька нюансів, які для мене не відіграли великої ролі, але іншим можуть здатися не дуже:
- графіка досить приємна, але на UE4;
- доволі насичений і в міру різноманітний геймлей, механіки, однак, запозичені звідусіль потроху;
- непоганий сюжет про взаємоіснування смертних і богів (кількох з останніх можна вбити! (: )
- трохи woke-тематики, але це вже особисті проблеми кожного)
- секретні скрині та навіть боси (одного з додаткових вбив перед фіналом ігри, бо раніше пропустив одну з локацій; добре, що подорожувати мапами можна в будь-який момент + є телепорти);
- проходити варто виключно на геймпаді, керування мишкою з клавіатурою недопрацьоване.

A história é simples e direta, sem muita enrolação, focando na jornada de Nor em um mundo ameaçado pelos deuses. Não é narrativa profunda ou emotiva, mas cumpre bem o seu papel sem se perder em subtramas desnecessárias.

O combate sem dúvida o ponto mais forte do jogo — uma mistura empolgante de magia, arma de fogo e machadadas que mantém as batalhas dinâmicas e desafiadoras.

A variedade dos equipamento é um dos pontos fracos devido a falta de diversidade nas armaduras, o que acaba limitando as builds.

Décidément en ce moment j'en découvre des pépites ! Le jeu est très bien, très simple et très agréable. Il y a des endroits vraiment magnifiques, on sent le point de vue artistique, çà fait beaucoup de bien de voir çà. Et il y a un gameplay simple et qui devient exigeant au fur et à mesure, mais c'est cool en normal, des combats clairs et agréables, et vraiment un environnement qui "parle" car tout est très bien travaillé. En clair l'environnement raconte l'histoire, sans prise de tête. J'en suis à ma 10e capture d'écran ! C'est beauuuu... J'ai dû changer un peu les options car un peu de tearing sur une 5090, mais une fois en fps illimité et en super résolution auto, plus rien. Ce jeu est magnifique, vraiment ! Et j'apprécie ENFIN un gameplay simple et très épuré pas de prise de tête, pas de trucs complexes ou lourds, un level design tout à fait linéaire et agréable à suivre, qui raconte une histoire simple. Vraiment c'est çà qui fait du bien, un retour à un gameplay simple et spectaculaire. Pour moi c'est une petite pépite, et j'ai mis du temps à tomber dessus, me fiant aux commentaires, et en me disant bof... Comme quoi faut tester ! Manette en main, c'est une forte recommandation simplement pour les décors (bravo) et le gameplay très pur et simple, je vais le terminer. Quel plaisir ! Quels décors ! çà a de la gueule !

Эта игра проходит по нижней границе того, во что ещё можно поиграть. В ней масса недочетов и откровенных недоработок: птичка сидящая на воздухе, бот застрявший в текстурах, звуковые эффекты оставшиеся от уже убитого моба, непонятные хитбоксы у противников, краши игры во время боссфайтов. Но по крайней мере нету того что бы намертво препятствовало прохождению игры и встречаются подобные недочеты не так уж часто.
Весьма раздражает так же система получения репутации (аналог душ). После убийства монстра, репутация от него идет в пул к которому применяется множитель репутации. Этот множитель можно повысить используя разнообразные атаки, и репутация за каждого нового убитого моба тоже идет в этот пул. Вы может в любой момент забрать репутацию себе и к ней применится множитель, например заработав 1000 репы и с множителем 100% вы получите 2000 репы. Но если вы пропустите удар, то множитель сбросится и вы сразу получите репу без его учета, то есть всего 1000. Таким образом на протяжении всей игры вы постоянно теряете репутацию, которую потенциально могли бы получить.
Боевка получается тоже весьма скучной. Так как вам нельзя пропускать удары, а хитбоксы у врагов кривые вам приходится избегать открытого боя. Поэтому большинство сражений сводится к тому, чтобы подвесить противника в воздухе, подбежать к нему и зарубить или снова подвесить. В бронированными врагами посложнее, их приходится постараться застрелить.
Кстати впервые я встретился с тем, что усиленная атака, не у всего оружия наносит больше урона чем обычная. Иногда усиленная атака просто имеет особый эффект.
В сюжетном плане игра так же довольно непонятная, хотя возможно я уже придираюсь и если бы игра была крутой, то на это уже не обратил бы внимания. Например зачем-то люди у которых есть огнестрельное оружие и пушки накопали окопов, в битве с нежитью, в то время как среди нежити лишь единицы могут использовать дальние атаки. Поведение героини несколько странное. Предпоследний босс непонятно как связан с напарником героини, но между ними происходит душещипательный разговор. Складывается такое впечатление, будто игра задумывалась больше, но потом её ужали и смяли концовку.

После всех перечисленных недостатков, почему же все ещё стоит поиграть в эту игру?
В ней довольно обширный мир с достаточно красивыми и разнообразными пейзажами.
И имеется довольно большое разнообразие противников, среди которых не только мертвецы, но и разбойники, рыцари, культисты и дикие животные.
Исследовать мир в поисках алтарей повышающих здоровье или перьев, усиливающих компаньона довольно интересно.

Моё заключение: если вам очень нравятся соулслайк игры и вам уже не во что поиграть, то можете попробовать. Но если есть другие варианты то скорее всего они будут поинтереснее.

По видосикам показалась норм, но побегав немного в ней - почти полностью разочаровался, хотя опыт инди-сосаликов имеется. Игра, которая не умеет развлекать с кучей пустых мест, которые ты видишь, можешь забраться и обнаружить... Ничего :D. Взял за 350р, больше она и не стоит. Графика на три\четыре. Исследовать мир не особо интересно, хотя сам сеттинг на первый взгляд цепляет. Боевка задумана интересно, но реализовано криво (хотя, конечно, расстояние до врага здесь считывается лучше, чем в некоторых братьях по жанру)

ps Судя по количеству модов - коммьюнити за полтора года она так и не смогла собрать вокруг себя. О чем-то да говорит. [br]никто даже не попытался в NSWF, хотя движок позволяет, лол[/br]

Strange game, takes DNA from lots of action games and blends in a way that works more often than not.
Can't recommend the hard difficulty ("Possessed"), the game's mechanics do not hold up to the precision and timing needed to succeed.

I struggled to like the game during the first couple hours, but once I switched it to Normal difficulty, the fun of the gameplay started to be more apparent. By the end of the game, I could chain together parries and gun attacks and companion attacks in way that was really stylish and satisfying. It's a good time, it's not a long time, just expect a moderate amount of jank and awkward storytelling.

Took about 15 hours to roll credits.

This game is not good and it is made worse by it's very poor performance no matter what settings you put it on. I even used frame generation and the game still stuttered and dipped significantly below 60fps. When you have an action game like this where you need to parry, dodge and all that, which feels very sluggish in this game in the first place and then add the poor performance on top of it, it all feels really bad and is very hard to continue to play. Hard no recommend and maybe before locking achievements for a difficulty, you should be more concerned about the state of the games performance next time.

Probably an alright game but the combat feels too sloppy for a soulslike. Also having attacks that can only be avoided with a skill that has charges isn't a good idea.

It feels like it has a lot of the same problems as Jedi Fallen Order, it just doesn't know what it wants to be. If it was a 3rd person action RPG in a more traditional sense I think it'd be a more enjoyable game overall.

there's very few things actually wrong with the game, but I also can't point out anything exceptional or memorable about it. In a few years, the only thing I will remember about it is that I didn't quite finish it, bc the game kept crashing during the final boss (which, in fairness, was the only major technical issue I experienced)

做到第二章大地图有个支线任务叫独擅胜场，叫我和竞技场的人对话然后打竞技场，我打完了竞技场，据点也解锁了，结果任务还叫我去和竞技场的人对话，但是根本就找不到那个人了，竞技场也进不去，任务就这样卡住了，回档也回不到任务之前，然后这个逼游戏的存档到处也找不到，想在文件里回档也搞不了。后来我看了视频，原来打完竞技场有段动画然后任务就结束了，我是直接没有这段动画，然后任务也给我卡住了，导致好几个成就因为这一个任务全卡住了，垃圾游戏

Бои - oxyеннaя мясорубка без слёз. Руби топором, стреляй из флинтлока (револьвер, снайперка, гранатомёт — выбирай, сyкa!), кидай бомбы, а Энки керсит врагов - и бац, flashy execution или rip armor. Нет стамины, спамишь уклоны и прыжки, множитель опыта растёт до 170% за разнообразие комбо. Не как в Элдене, где ты час фармишь руны и рыдаешь - здесь весело, динамично и не сломаешь геймпад. Боссы колоритные, ваншотят, парируй идеально - адреналин прёт! Короче, если любишь souls, но без мазохизма - зaeбись.

Короткая, как быстрый минeт. 15-25 часов на сюжет не затянет в депрессию. Плюс сайд-квесты простые, но с твистами, мини-игра Sebo (крестики-нолики с тактикой).

Графика и мир - 3.14здец, как красиво лазить. Открытый мир с видами - леса, снега, окопы Первой мировой в фэнтези, ближневосточные руины. Паркур с double jump и air dash, рифты в небе для фаст-тревела (летишь с лисой - эпично!). Исследовать - кайф: сундуки, алтари здоровья, перья для Энки, флаги. Не пустыня, а лабиринт с секретами. Эффекты - огонь, выглядит зрелищно.

[h2]Минусы (или "почему это xyeтa, а не шедевр")[/h2]

Сюжет - мультяшная дристня для детей. Боги мертвяков выпустили, иди мсти. Персы? Нор и Энки норм, но остальные - кринжовые NPC, которые тебя игнорят или ноют. Злодеи как из диснея: "СЕСТРА, НАШ МОНСТР ПPOEБAЛ!" Нет выбора, моральных дилемм - ведут за ручку. Забывается через час после титров.

Техника и управление - дубовое гoвнo. Лагает оптимизация (тормоза на средняке), паррирование странное (тайминг xyёвый), автозахват бесит, хитбоксы сломаны, враги магнитно бьют. ИИ - дебилы: стоят как пни, Энки сам всех выносит даже на харде. Ранняя игра - плоская тоска, оружия мало, ждёшь апгрейдов. Саунд микс xyёвый - диалоги тонут.

Мир пустой, контент скудный. Открытый - да, но boilerplate: бегай, лутай, повторяй. Нет глубины билдов, квесты примитивные, после сюжета - нaxyй не сдалось.

Итог: средняк с лисой. Купить за бабки? Иди нaxyй, подожди скидку 90%. Лучше souls'ов - море, но эта не бесит сильно. Рекомендую фанатам лёгкого мясца с пушками.

Partiamo dalle cose buone.
Il combat è dinamico. Alternare ascia, pistola e magia dà ritmo agli scontri. Il feeling è più veloce rispetto ai souls classici, meno punitivo, più arcade. Il sistema di combo con Enki (il dio-volpe che ti accompagna) aggiunge verticalità e mobilità, soprattutto quando inizi a padroneggiare schivate e colpi aerei. Quando funziona, è soddisfacente.
Il problema è la consistenza.
L’open world non ha la forza visiva che promette. Le ambientazioni sono discrete ma raramente memorabili. La direzione artistica ha idee, ma non sempre riesce a renderle iconiche. Anche il level design soffre: alcune aree sembrano riempitive, con nemici piazzati più per routine che per reale costruzione della tensione.
La narrativa è interessante come concept — umani contro divinità, guerra, fede, ribellione — ma l’esecuzione non scava abbastanza. I personaggi non restano addosso. Nor è solida come protagonista, ma non diventa mai davvero incisiva.

Tecnicamente? Buono ma non impeccabile. Qualche rigidità nelle animazioni, qualche momento un po’ grezzo. Nulla di tragico, ma si sente che non è un AAA mastodontico.
In sintesi: è un gioco con ambizione, che fa diverse cose bene ma non eccelle davvero in nessuna.

Divertente nel combat, interessante nelle idee, ma non abbastanza coraggioso o rifinito per lasciare il segno. Se ti piacciono i souls più accessibili e vuoi qualcosa di meno oppressivo, può valere il tempo.
Se cerchi un’esperienza che ti resti dentro… probabilmente no.
