I have a love and hate relationship with this game.
I absolutely adore the characters, each one have strong and different personalities, which make every route interesting. Vicent is such an interesting character, I really had fun with his sarcastic comments. Cass is a good route as well. But I was the happiest when I end up getting both of them! So happy about it. And this route can be spicy, loved it!
All the choices matter, one choice at the beginning can change the outcome by the end, and sometimes you can only move forward with one specific choice.
Now the bad part, the story is all over the place and most of the time you are kept in the dark and don't understand anything of the world. The story is lacking in terms of explaining what are they, what they are fighting about, the past of the characters and future. It looks a very rich world, but you end the game without knowing nothing, except from little pieces. Actually, only in a few of the endings you have more information than in the whole game.And things only get worse when a new character appears in some endings. How can that be an end if it is open? You are left with more questions than answers.Also about the endings,
I wouldn't call any of those a happy ending, there is no good or happy ending (except if you consider the back to school a happy ending).It's frustrating because you need to play all the endings possible so you can understand more of the story and try to find a happy end, but I has not satisfied with none.
Anyway, do I recommend playing it? Yes! But this game frustrates me? Also yes! Hence, the love and hate relationship.

I originally played the demo on my phone, which isn't nearly as satisfying as a PC--so I promptly dove into the PC version, and immediately purchased the DLC without hesitation. Because this game is amazing.

Thank you for creating a story that is vast and complicated, for creating characters that are multifaceted. Thank you for this dark journey into a sweeping, menacing world where nothing is entirely what it seems and where secrets can hide behind smiling faces. I am a girl who loves cryptic storytelling and complicated personalities and grey morality and difficult choices, and although I feel as though I haven't even begun dipping my toes into this game fully, I am already absolutely in love. From the very beginning, this game was eerie and enchanting. I'm so delighted that the MC is a female, trapped in a web full of spiders that she's got to navigate through. I'm delighted that she's "powerless", because it makes it that much more immersive, playing a character that has to use wits and cunning to carve out a place of strength of herself.
This game is bittersweet and beautiful. If you're someone who appreciates a helping of horror with your adventure and prefers your romances to burn like whiskey rather than be syrupy-sweet, you'll enjoy this game. If you're not, I'd advise you to heed the warnings and find something more to your tastes.
Me, I'll stay here and gobble up all the delicious gloom!
I've really enjoyed the game, there are so many characters I want to explore. I hope as the game continues, and new routes added that more answers are revealed concerning the nature of quansies and the HEX. It's been fun.
Новелла, которая разрывает мозг с самого начала. С первой главы в голове роятся вопросы: Кто это? Что происходит? Пытаешься вникнуть в мир, разобраться в терминах. Вообще игра оставила двоякое впечатление (отрицательного нет). Чувствуется, что герои и сеттинг делались с большой любовью и старанием, однако вместе с этим есть какое-то ощущение сыроватости. Например, героиня вроде как, сильная и мотивированная, и далеко не дура, но некоторые поступки и слова видятся лишними и необоснованными, будто бы она сделала это так не потому, что это у нее в характере, а потому что так захотели создатели. И без некоторые событий, можно было бы обойтись. Видно, что хотели показать живую речь, добавляя сленг и просторечия, но мне, показалось, что переборщили, потому как это воспринималось слишком комично. Музыка и аудиосопровождение качественные.
Итого: Ребята молодцы. Свежий сеттинг, не побоялись создать новую вселенную. Рисовка красивая (хоть и есть погрешности), И хотя я на протяжении всего чтения держалась за голову, и думала: "А что вообще происходит!?, "Что это такое?!", история не отпустила меня, а это значит, что она возымела эффект и сделана хорошо.)
И главное, разработчики сдержали свое слово, а именно: "Неоднозначная история, не ждите готовых ответов на все вопросы" - Ответов нет, неоднозначность есть)
P.S. Надеюсь, что благодаря другим рутам, я смогу разобраться в лоре лучше) Спасибо разработчикам за труд!
Итак, пройдя всю новеллу, могу спокойно и объективно рассуждать об игре.
В первую очередь начну с плюсов :
• Приятная глазу рисовку, красивые фоны и симпатичные персонажи
• Великолепные саундтреки, которые погружают игрока в атмосферу таинственности и мистики новеллы
• Продуманность персонажей, у всех своя история, характер и поведение. Герои не плоские и ведут себя, как настоящие люди. За это отдельное спасибо
• Обилие CG постеров и разнообразие выборов
• Ну, и, вишенка на торте - кастомизация главной героини. Данная функция очень понравилась, т.к. можешь сделать персонажа, схожего с тобой по цвету волос, глаз и кожи и в дальнейшем представлять себя на его месте.
Теперь минусы:
• Хромает сюжет и от этого - концовки, да и вся история в целом. При прохождении вопросы только увеличивались, по факту, данная игра является неким ознакомителем с миром кванси, альтид и геней. Однако это, скорее, минус, чем плюс, так как при покупке пользователи ожидают логической развязки в рутах и ответов на все вопросы, а не открытого конца
• Главная героиня просто бесконечно испускает дух (в прямом и переносном смысле этого слова) , а более-менее хорошие концовки сделаны, как под копирку ( в частности g.ed Касселя и Винсента)
• В общем, в новелле +/- 52 концовки, однако, как минимум, половину можно смело отсекать - они не несут никакой полезной информации
• Для того, чтобы получить некоторые концовки, нужно следовать определённому порядку, не знаю, это задумка авторов или же ошибки в игре. Тем не менее, без помощи гайдов, которые были сделаны пользователями, прохождение превращается в бездумное "тыкание" и ещё не факт, что эти действия обернутся успехом.
В итоге получаем: не хорошую, но и не плохую среднестатистическую игру. Насчёт цены не могу ничего сказать определённо, быть может, она завышена рублей на 200, однако это не столь критично
I discovered this VN completely by accident, and I am now officially and proudly a dedicated fan!
[h2]Things I Loved:[/h2]
- The writing is extremely entertaining, and the dialogue is GOLD (great tension!) with lots of hilarious and "right on" moments that had that me chuckling at many points of the story
- The MC is a spunky lady, I loved reading her internal dialogue and enjoyed her horny outlook on many situations, and also the fact that she's not taking herself too seriously
- I LOVED all the boys and their charactеrisation (well written, authentic, and complex), how different they are and the dynamics between them, and the harem fan service was obviously some pure JOY
- Absolutely loved the art, each character has several poses! Quite a good number of CG which were made with love. The backgrounds are another gem in this VN, and they are WORKS OF ART all hand drawn (at least I think they are, they don't have that 3D feel you see in a lot of VNs)
- The romance route I've played so far turned out to be quite intriguing, dark and also very elaborate! It's been a while that I found myself staying up late at night trying to get to the bottom of it all. wow. just WOW.
[h2]Things I wanted the entire time I was playing:[/h2]
- To slap Vincent and make that boy BEHAVE, and then pin him to the wall and have my way with him.
- The NSFW!!! If it ever comes out I'm purchasing it with my eyes closed!
- The voice over! This VN would be EXTRA PERFECT with some sweet VO
To sum everything up this VN has VERY high entertainment value for the money.
Recommend for anyone looking for some fun, dark and complex story with gorgeous boys, amazing aesthetics, awesome romance and rich dialogue! I will be eagerly awaiting the next installment!
I usually buy games from another website but the demo left me so hyped that I decided I needed to try the dlc which I found on steam. I would advice degraman to those who love games where you need to use your brains and analyse characters' actions rather then their words. This game is abundant with unexpected twists and turns, sarcasm, jesting and irony. And most importantly, most things are not what they first seem. So before you start playing i recommend to forget your prejudice and try to think outside the box. Don’t expect ideal characters in degraman - just like people in real life, they’re full of contradictions and often make mistakes. They are prisoners of their psychological traumas and fears. So don't expect anyone or anything to be normal in this game. The story is very well written: you never know what’s true and what’s false; who’s your friend and who’s your foe, whether you’re loved or it's faked… you don’t know until the very end whether you can trust even your own instincts…
So my main conclusion is this: behind the seemingly banal facade of degraman hides a truly unique and touching story. I definitely recommend this game, but make sure to read the disclaimer.
Прекрасная визуальная новелла от русских разработчиков. Ждала её очень долго, как только она вышла и у меня появилось время, я её купила и теперь ломаю себе мозг каждый свободный вечер. Кайфую и бешусь, бешусь и кайфую. Очень сложно выйти на хороший финал. У меня получилось всего 1 раз за 20+ часов... Люблю и жду руты с остальными мальчиками, особенно с Виктором <3
I am so glad I gave this game a chance! I'm officially in love with Degraman! The story shocked me! It was so fascinating to me, it seemed drastically different from what I used to play. I bought the DLC and it was worth every coin. If you like dark, story-rich, twisted plots full of mystery and romance then I'm sure that you'll enjoy Degraman as much as I did)
It took me over a week to go through all the endings without a walkthrough, and I can confidently say that this was one of the most interesting otomes I've played. Reach at least few endings and you'll understand that this game has nothing in common with stereotypical harem stories... It's actually anything but ordinary! Just don't jump to hasty conclusions because everything isn't as simple as it may seem at the beginning of the story.
This is a game with multiple choices and consequences. Playing a good/naive character differs greatly from playing an evil/feisty one... So keep in mind that your choices do actually matter.
Pros:
+ Very story-rich

+ Beautiful character design and fabulous CGs
+ A very large quantity of CGs
+ Unusual character development
+ Amazing soundtracks
+ Many hours of gameplay
+ Customizable mc in the DLC version which affects the CGs

+ DLC has a number of routes where you get to know/flirt with other characters that will be LIs in future Acts of Degraman.
Cons:
- It's going to be really difficult if you decide to complete all the 52 endings without a walkthrough
But I highly recommend completing all the endings to unlock the true ending! And I can't wait to play the upcoming Acts with other love interests.
p.s. read carefully the warnings because this game is not for everyone!
I like the game a lot because the reason why you fall in love with the LI, or they fall in love with the MC, is different from other Otome games.
But this game, yieks, it feels like Darksouls-Otome. Lots of different endings, which always give interesting new information, but it feels like we have 70% bad endings instead of just 30%.

This is the most heart-breaking, beautiful, mysterious and fabulous visual novel I've ever played.
It has so many pluses that I even don't know where to begin:
- astonishing art and a really generous amount of CGs (I think more than 80 of them)
- customizable mc
- good and sometimes peculiar sense of humour
- vast (!) amount of choices and branching paths (the choices do matter!)
- many hours of gameplay
- incredibly story rich !
- challenging (it has 52 endings!)
- the game is full of secrets
- unpredictable story - I advise you to go through all the endings, and only then draw conclusions.
- beautiful, emotional soundtrack
- the characters are really remarkable, intriguing and full of contradictions (which makes them feel so real !)
What can I say... Degraman broke my heart in the best of ways.

A very rich story and definitely worth buying the DLC. There are I think 52 ending and EVERY choice you make in the game matters. You need to replay it alot to unlock the endings, even the bad ones. Everything reveals a important part of this story and it's characters. Who are the bad guys, who are the good guys (are there any good guys?)
I'm not even cloose to finished but it's so good and I'll try to finish as many ending by myself as possible before visiting forums for help.
I short, I like this game and I recomend to buy the DLC.

Dark Souls мира новелл. Впечатляющая вариативность, логичность и динамика происходящего. Никогда не знаешь, какой выбор поменяет ход истории, но каждая концовка - это часть огромного паззла, и каждая приближает к разгадке тайны мирового (или даже космического) масштаба. И собирать его очень интересно. А сложность только даёт азарта, но никак не утомляет или расстраивает.
Одна из немногих новелл, в которой сюжет столь же хорош, сколько и персонажи, доступные (и также пока не доступные) для романов, так что не стоит расстраиваться, выходя на рут одиночки - он по-особенному прекрасен и уникален, действительно уникален! Все ветки развития событий прописаны на одном уровне и все их интересно читать, и даже не смотря, что в планах было пройти всего лишь одну ветку персонажа, в итоге прошла все ради интересной истории, написанной, к слову, очень хорошим слогом. Рисовка также радует глаз.
Всем советую. Это новый уровень новелл, и даже для западных (в том числе и азиатских), я считаю, это новая планка.
Очень нравится музыка (атмосфера) и разветвлённость сюжета. Персонажи реагируют на выборы, про которые иногда забыть успеваешь - так давно они были.
С нетерпением буду ждать карты прохождения: не похоже, что истинный конец у меня получится без неё.
Сначала надпись в конце "to be continued" раздражала, а сейчас уже вызывает синдром ждуна)) Открыла 9 концовок и всё ещё не разобралась во всех событиях. Ух! Закрутили!
Рекомендую всем любителям закрученных сюжетов и прекрасных юношей))
Новелла очень и очень хороша! Каждый выбор так или иначе влияет на ход сюжета, и тут нужно думать прежде чем выбрать. И думать много, ибо стекло на каждом шагу. Счастливые финалы весьма нетипичны, и порой рефлексируешь больше, чем от плохой концовки в привычном понимании. Знак качества ставлю, однозначно.
Это невероятно атмосферная и проработанная в сюжетном плане новелла! каждый выбор имеет значение, что повышает сложность. Игра привлекла еще на стадии демо-версии. С удовольствием буду проходить и перепроходить!))
Привыкнув к определенному виду визуальных новелл, когда от твоих ответов зависит что то очень малое и то ближе к концу, с этой мысль тут же попала в просак, потому что тут от первого же ответа зависит очень много. Готовьтесь выцеплять правду о происходящем не по одному прохождению игры, а пытаться достать еще что то новое с каждым новым и новым прохождением. От этого не становится хуже или не интересно, но кнопка "пропустить" становится вообще почти бесполезной, ведь диалоги если и повторяются, то совершенно не полностью. У меня разрыв шаблона)) В остальном - очень красивая рисовка, очень интересный сюжет, даже по бесплатной демке, игру стоит брать и проходить снова и снова пусть и не сразу, а как позволит время. Ну и деньги на длс окупают себя временем в игре 100%. Большое спасибо разработчикам за их немалый труд, он виден даже в каждом фоне, чего уж и говорить про персонажей, музыке, тексте и пр
Черт, не зря я ждала эту игру два года.
Начну с визуальной составляющей. Парни прекрасны, фоны, хоть и не отличаются особым разнообразием, хороши и душевны. Музыкальное сопровождение это просто заслушаться можно.
Сюжет прекрасен от самого начала до самого конца, хоть я и прошла только рут Винсента, но некоторые воэтоповороты заставили меня выдать восхищенное "вау", что редко случается при прохождении новелл. В купе с этим большая вариативность концовок порождает желание занова начать прохождение и сделать в этот раз всё иначе.
Из минусов заметила лично для себя то, что не прочувствовала связи с гг, так как наши характеры практически противоположны, но это лично мой бзик и на мнение об игре никак не влияет, потому что это единственная отомэ, которая меня порадовала за последние три года.
Разработчикам желаю дальнейших творческих успехов, остальные руты пройду с не меньшим удовольствием.
I've been waiting for this for two years now and it didn't disappoint. If you're a fan of darker otomes I recommend giving this a try!
I would highly recommend this game for every one that interest in thriller mix with romance. Till now i have been play loner route only but it makes me to focus about the boys and more in the lore lol. I havet though about that, here the character of our mc (main character and maybe also us) is various, some is funny, some serious, sensitive, calm and maybe more that i hadnt go through. I can prob write more if im able to get in a route lol. Overall the story is great writing, interesting character, GREAT ART, your choices affect the stories more than you thought. THINK wisely if you want to know more abt the lore or just follow your heart for romance and fun adventure.
Try this game, it worth it, i promise you.
WOW! This game left me speechless, no better to say - SPEECHLESS - because of how much I loved it! And I haven’t even reached all the endings(there’re about 50 of them)!... A masterpiece! An outstanding work of art! I’ve played many otome games in my life but this one impressed me so much that I’m not exaggerating when I say that this was the best visual novel I’ve played so far. Furthermore, it doesn’t resemble any otome game that I’ve played before. I should warn you in advance that this game is clearly not for lovers of uplifting romance and typical otome games, so people who are easily triggered should keep that in mind since some things there could be really triggering.
If you decide to play Degraman, my advice is not to judge the book by its cover or jump to hasty conclusions. The story is happening in a dark, mysterious, twisted, unpredictable world and touches on many sensitive topics. If you're looking for an emotional, extraordinary, story rich game with lots of beautiful art then I’m sure that this visual novel will amaze you. Its world is full of secrets and deep meanings. Many endings are really heart wrenching, and I advise you to go through all of them in order to better understand what’s behind the mystery(аnd something tells me that we still won't fully understand all of its secrets).
The developers have clearly invested a tremendous amount of time and resources in making this project. I’m really impressed that this is their first visual novel. The game has so many choices offered to players, and I loved the feeling that almost each decision I make for the mc will have some kind of impact upon the future events and how other characters will treat the mc. I was very surprised that for this price I bought such a high-quality visual novel with so much content. Worth every single euro I paid!
The only cons of the game that come to my mind are : 1) completing all the endings is really REALLY challenging and will take lots of time and effort... I still have no clue how to get some of the them. And as far as I understood, the true endings will become available only when you reach all the other endings of the game. 2) Waiting for the future routes is really hard :_)
