Simple but fun!
Наглядный пример промаха, заливать подобные флеш игры платно в Steam, а не пытать счастье на NewGrounds (Здравствуй справка Adobe Flash Player 32 1996-2018). Меню есть, громкость звука не регулируется, при сворачивании так и продолжает играть, паузы нет, пкм нет, еск нет, а не, всё же во время боя можно показать меню и убавить громкость. Все инструкции как играть открываются в новой вкладке вашего браузера, в игре же куда жать написано по минимуму. Будьте добры архивировать сайт с прохождением от разработчиков, если он его не отключит досрочно. Поле битвы не прогружается не на весь экран, много лишней отладочной инфомации в противном красном прямоугольнике на всю высоту экрана и оно никак не убирается. Зум x4 это просто смех, у меня даже язык не повернётся сравнивать предложенное меню с тем, что предлагали нам когда-то первые Fallout. Это никак не походит на игру 2023 года и её "стандарты" застряли в 2007, если не куда ранее. Не пробовал смотреть что там было дальше. Может дам шанс и отложу на потом. Если не зайдёт, поменяю оценку.
"Chroma Wars" reminds me of joyful days of boardgaming, with miniatures moving across a board, trying to achieve certain objectives. "Chroma Wars" captures exactly that feeling, and is putting it into a retroesque game down to the sound effects, and a music that reminds me of some techno music around 2000. Yes, this game is full of nostalgia!
+ easy to learn gameplay with some tactical depth
+ nice graphics that capture the boardgame feeling
+ motivating as hell because of unit upgrades after every level
The more you progress in the game, the more units to unlock. And - say! - who doesn't want to move tanks and nearly-invincible battle mechs around a board, trying to capture the enemy base? Yes, "Chroma Wars" might have some minor issues, including the hard to decipher amount of base filelds you already conquered vs. the amount of fields that still belong to an enemy - that might already have been eradicated from the whole board btw. But that didn't affect the fun I have with this game, that not only convinced me from "Chroma Wars" itself, but also the developer behind, whose games went to wishlist as soon as I quitted "Chroma Wars"-

This is a scam! I changed the review because it says i played the game 10 hours, this is BS i did not play this game 10 hours, i just opened , moved a few things and closed it. It was less than 15 minutes. it did not stay opened in a tab, because i monitor my processes very carefully. This is done so people can't refund it, anything above 2h is not a refund for Steam's automatic system. DON'T BUY THIS if you want to refund it later.
Very fun RTS set in a techno fantasy world. There are many different classes of units. I played the first five levels in normal mode. The challenge level is not too difficult, but makes the game satisfying.
Almost a game of chess, with the addition of dice and miniatures.
An old-school strategic game like this is a rare gem nowadays!

I've started the game in normal mode, but I'll soon try the hard mode as well.

A little hidden gem of old-school turn-based strategy games! It almost felt like I was sitting at a table with miniatures of a tactical RPG that combines science fiction and magic. The missions are quite quick, but some are very intense and difficult to overcome the first time you play. Bombing neo-Nazis and demons is crazy fun!
I'm not exactly a stratregy gamer, but I have to admit it: this one got me for the nostalgia! I love retro/pre-rendered graphics in games, it brings me back to a time where games were something else. I hope the devs keep publishing this kind of old games because I think they deserve more visibility/success by modern gamers.

non riuscii a finirlo a suo tempo e ora voglio riuscirci. Ho iniziato a giocarci e a parte che mi e' scesa la lacrimuccia ma ho capito anche di essere maturato, sto proseguendo spedito e apprezzo molto piu' il gameplay della grafica
Whilst on the outside the graphics are simple, and the file is just 25 megabytes, the game packs quite a few missions, lots of characters with various abilities and level ups, and a good dose of enjoyable story.
The game is very thoroughly explained, so you can read the guides carefully or skip to the action.
If you like retro flash games, turn-based strategies, and a little war, then this could be the title for you!
