玩不懂，一边玩一遍还要查攻略看看什么是“优势”，什么是“检定”，什么是“1d6”，指引约等于无，还有就是经常忘记保存，打了大半天死了又得重来（这也怪我），玩了20多个小时，完全不知道自己在玩什么，对话量巨大冗长，经常会点着点着就想跳过。跳过也又知道讲的啥。到现在还没出新手村，还有就是跑图的时候人物移动速度很慢（没有超负重），后面我没看攻略，先去地精营地救的德鲁伊。后面任务又要我回去地精营地地下才能推进，一到地精营地门口，十几个怪打我四个人，两轮下来我就团灭了，重开了七八局。从中午十二点多玩到现在都没过去（我菜，第一次玩这种类型的游戏）。我也不知道自己怎么坚持下来的，对于我本人来说，游戏后面的内容好不好我不好评价，但是就我目前玩下来的感受就是，第一次玩游戏玩的这么闹心。至少目前我没感受到任何一点来自游戏的爽感。补充一点，前期进入战斗，打怪十下能出现五六下未命中的情况。还有就是手柄的操纵模式，打开背包想要整理真的很难，必须切换成键鼠整理后，再重新切换成手柄继续游玩。

Well up until now, KOTOR was the best gaming experience I've ever had. I almost didn't play this and I'm glad I did. BG3 has multiple WTF "red wedding" moments where you're like I can't believe that just happened. Best game I've ever played and I'm not even in Act 2 yet. I've actually had to force myself to slow down because I already know I'm going to wish I could play this game again for the first time or fill the hole with other games that can't quite scratch the itch. My hesitation was that this game would be too fantastical and too tedious. Whatever those concerns were, they are far far gone. Do yourself a favor and don't spoil the storyline by researching the game too much. Just play it.

What an absolute buggy mess. I bought this game after waiting for years to play it in a later state of development and its depressing how buggy the game is. Tons of the bugs are not even visible until you've progressed several hours into the game only to find out 'X' never actually started tracking and you will not be able to do anything with that plotline now without reloading to a save.

This is on top of tons of graphical issues like tooltips and icons going invisible, characters randomly dying from literally nothing, characters falling out of combat and gameplay bugs like floating players all of which only have one solution 'reload the game' or outright close the game and reload.

The kicker though, tons of these bugs have *years* old posts about them, they just have never been addressed by the devs and when I see threads about these 3 year old bugs where the only solution is to rollback to a save from 5 hours earlier, I just cant support the game.

Fun fact too, apparently a few of these bugs like the floating characters even existed in Divinity games according to my friends who played those, so the chance of it actually being fixed seems non existent. A sad excuse of game development for something trying to ride the Baldur's Gate coattails.

It's a very good game, best played blind for all the fun little things you'll find. My tip to anybody coming in is to NEVER rush, always take your time even if the game implies you don't have much time. Short of a literal turn limiter timer, the urgency is a part of the plot and doesn't factor into most things. Long rest a little more often than you strictly need to, and you'll see more interesting scenes. If you think there's a big fight or upcoming boss for example, long rest and just burn through every resource you've got during the fight instead of trying to do multiple in one. I definitely reduced the quality of my experience by trying to minimize how many long rests I took because I was convinced I would get a game over if I did too many - it's simply not true.

The dark urge background is a really fun way to play the game, which I won't spoil. It's more interesting than the regular player background and you can still customize your character as if you were a regular customizable character. If you don't plan on ever doing a follow-up playthrough, I recommend it the first time round. It gives the plot some steam that it otherwise doesn't have with a regular character, and unlike the other origins there is no dark urge companion that you can pick up and experience it in a regular run.

If you're challenge-minded but don't want to deal with the limited saves of honour mode, you can go to custom difficulty and enable the honour mode gameplay additions without the honour mode save restrictions. It adds an extra layer to a lot of fights, and can make for some seriously hard nuts to crack.

The rest of this review is an assortment of gameplay tips for those going into the game.

If you're annoyed at the somewhat random nature of hitting or missing in the game and don't care to optimize your characters, I recommend going into the custom difficulty settings and increasing the proficiency bonus modifier to a positive number. Your enemies and allies alike will benefit, but I think you'll find that it affects your accuracy/hitrate a lot more than that of your enemies, as they'll already hit you most of the time anyway. Custom difficulty has a lot of details, which can make the game less of a pain if you find certain elements too hard and other elements too easy at the same time. Watch out for certain types of spells - protection from evil and good, protection from poison, protection from elements, and so on - they often hard-counter some really tough bosses and foes and a decent chunk of them are available very early. Don't be afraid of burning through spell slots to mess around with abilities - used right, non-damaging abilities can put in some crazy work. Furthermore, use all the consumables you can whenever you can! Never save them, it's usually not worth it. You get more powerful ones later on so any un-used consumables usually don't end up very useful, even for selling.

Balance ranges from pretty neat to totally absurd, which is evened out solely by the fact that you have immense freedom in doing really cheesy strategies and crazy NPC bullying. For example, my favorite ridiculous strategy is to pick up a random destructible backpack, fill it up with individual (single stacks of the item) smokepowder bombs and other detonatables, and have a high str character chuck it at any boss I don't feel like dealing with. When the backpack breaks open, every individual bomb comes out onto the floor and can be detonated with a fire arrow or somesuch, detonating all of them at once - and there can be more than forty in a moderate size bag still light enough for a decently strong character to throw. For context, you can normally throw a single one as an attack - the detonation of a couple dozen is several hundred damage, enough to outright kill most endgame bosses. Even a smaller bag can make them easy pickings, as long as it can break open. There are all kinds of crazy ways of dealing with enemies - silencing a spellcasting boss and then turning him into a sheep and chucking him off a ledge, frightening a foe so they can't move and then knocking them prone so they can't spend movement to get up, casting a spell that'll make them attack their own allies, debuffing a hearty foe to poison them more easily, and so on. Some foes will be immune or highly resistant to certain strategies, but there are always alternate ones. One really great one is that making a foe wet will make them vulnerable to electric and cold damage, doubling how much is dealt to them with those elements - and you can find water bottles and get water spells super early on!

Diz que PRECISA de SSD, mas roda sem problema NENHUM no HDD, de resto não consigo opinar com a mesma experiência de quem jogou por mais tempo, pois visto que o jogo é objetivamente um LIXO no quesito otimização e ainda ocupa quase 150gb de espaço por aparentemente nada melhor que outros jogos recentes ou até mesmo de 2023, decidi parar na criação de personagem e pegar meu dinheiro de volta.

I feel like it's just one of those games where it's near impossible not to like it, and everyone has made a better written review already, you know? So there's not much to mention, but I do have to say, it has such an amazing modding community. They really made the customization so much more fun for me, I swear 20% of my game time was just playing around with the character creator.

Also, it's Baldur's Gate 3. You just have to play it at least once, even if you've never been a fan of turn based combat or story based games, I promise you'll be won over. It's great, and considering I came from tabletop D&D first, I was pleasantly surprised that they really managed to translate that freedom of roleplay into a video game.

Guess what? Baldur's Gate 3 is the solution to both.
Create a character (with or without mods) to explore a world around Baldur's Gate.
What you do in this world is solely up to you unless you fail another skill check with another nat 1.
Sometimes things don't go as planned especially when a boss tosses you around like a rag doll.
Playing the game on hard mode is for people who have already played and beat the game. It's okay to start off on easy to learn the storyline which changes with each choice you make.
In case you didn't know. Killing everything is the fastest way to level up in the game. Disregard NPC's life and collect that exp.
For those that found that offensive but still want to level up without killing everything. Download a mod. everyone does it. Just do it.

Overstays its welcome for sure.

First things first, for anyone doubting whether to buy this game or not, if you have ample time to immerse yourself in this setting I would certainly recommend it. This was my first CRPG game and I enjoyed most of my time in it, particularly the combat. Game takes way too long to finish so just make sure you account for that before starting.

I will now complain a bit as people talk enough about the positives of it, which is natural since the game is overall very good.

I heard about the complaints about Act 3 before I played the game and wondered if those were deserved and well, yes they mostly are. I think after some point someone in Larian went "Why not fill the game with annoying and useless content instead of fleshing out already established characters and plot points?" and everyone else found it to be a brilliant idea.

The buildup to Act 2's end is wasted as you lose a fight you won in a lame cutscene and from then on it continues in a downward spiral. After a certain point in the game, your companions stop reacting to things happening around them. These are not some trivial matters mind you, one of the bigger plot twists in the game gets near ZERO reaction from any of your companions. I would excuse this if it was one or two instances but it gets tiring after some time when I check to see their reactions to major events and I am greeted with "Hello soldier!" or "Is something bothering you?". YES SOMETHING IS BOTHERING ME HOW DOES IT NOT BOTHER YOU? Come on man.

Thankfully the endings are better than what I was expecting with such a lackluster Act 3 so I can say it ended on a high note for me personally.

I also want to say, as an additional note to anyone starting new and wondering if they should play as The Dark Urge or not: go for it. Unlike the custom Tav who is mostly an observer (you can roleplay within your mind endlessly of course, if that sounds better go for a fully custom Tav) Durge is an established character in this story, and from what I have seen about it it really is a rewarding experience. I blame Swen Vincke for telling us to keep Durge for subsequent playthroughs while also investing so much on them as a character. If you are not considering more than one playthrough for now just as I did not, I recommend to just pick Durge. You can fully customize Durge other than your background. I sadly didn't know enough about what a Durge run entails before I finished the game so consider not being me. Just my personal opinion.

Атмосфера Dark Fantasy просто огонь, не передать словами как я влюбился в эту игру, что по сюжету что по механике - лучшая из лучших, ну и как же полурослик бард с эмо готическим корпспейнтом на лице который зацепил уйму дам своими прекрасными струнами🪕. Жду от этой игры не забываемый геймплей с моим кентом и десятки пере прохождений за разные классы и стили игры ❤️
❌ Из минусов: кастомизация полового члена героя очень слаба

Combat is just unbearable for me.
Skills and spells are very boring, very often they just dont do anything cause they are resisted or blocked or sth. like that. So the only thing that is happening is that my frontline does autoatacks for half and hour untill my guys die or enemies die.
I also dislike class system. Nothing interesting there. Just pick your class and thats it.
Itemization is terrible.
The game just feels like straight downgrade from divinity original sin 2

Я заходил в игру с твёрдым намерением быть хорошим человеком. Ну, знаешь, из тех, кто помогает всем подряд, не врёт в диалогах и выбирает реплики с припиской “[Добро]”. Даже выбрал Тёмного Соблазна — чисто чтобы доказать, что сила воли сильнее каких-то там мрачных позывов.
Игра, кажется, с самого начала знала, что я наивный.
Сначала всё шло неплохо. Я вежливо разговаривал с NPC, спасал кого мог, даже старался не лезть в лишние конфликты. Внутри персонажа, конечно, происходило что-то подозрительное — периодически возникали мысли уровня “а не сделать ли что-нибудь ужасное?” — но я держался. Я же хороший. Я контролирую ситуацию.
Я сидел в тишине, смотрел в экран и пытался понять, в какой момент моя жизнь свернула не туда. Персонаж внутри тоже, кажется, был не в курсе, что сейчас произошло. Где-то глубоко в душе мой “добряк” тихо сложил руки и сказал: “Ну, с этим мы уже не отмоемся”.
Но я решил не сдаваться. Ошибки случаются. Даже… такие. Я продолжил играть, помогать людям, выбирать светлые пути. Иногда, правда, игра подкидывала варианты, от которых хотелось отодвинуться от клавиатуры и спросить: “Это точно мой персонаж сейчас думает?”

А потом случилось то самое (хуже масакры у костра).
Диалог. Напряжённый, странный, уже слегка тревожный. И вдруг появляется вариант:
“Пригласить войти щупальца.” Долго угорали с женой)))

В этот момент я понял, что мой персонаж уже давно не тот светлый герой, каким я его задумывал. Это был эльф, который искренне пытается делать добро… но вселенная вокруг него и его собственная голова имеют на этот счёт совсем другие планы.
И, честно говоря, это было великолепно.
Потому что ещё ни одна RPG не заставляла меня так сомневаться в собственных решениях. И ещё ни одна игра не превращала попытку быть хорошим человеком в такой странный, местами тревожный, но безумно смешной путь.
Я пришёл играть героем, а ушёл человеком, который теперь дважды думает, прежде чем нажать “взаимодействовать с белкой”.

Baldur’s Gate 3 is an incredible RPG with a nice story, engaging combat, and a lot of skill for u to play. It’s immersive and highly replayable.

Super fun, even more so when playing with a friend. While base game has its perks, I do tend to have more fun when playing with mods. Story line is peak, gameplay gorgeous, 10/10 game.

Ох ох. Откуда бы начать.
Начну с того, что я всей душой ненавижу этот жанр, НО каким то б**дь образом эта игра завлекла меня на ооооочень долгое время, которое пролетело за мгновение.

Это, мать его, лучшая игра всех времён и народов. Нет игр лучше и вряд ли будет вообще.
В этой игре абсолютно всё прекрасно. Лучшее приключение. Лучшие напарники с шикарными историями. Да даже обычный бомж в городе привлекает одним диалогом больше внимания, чем во многих играх главные герои.
Такого опыта в играх я не испытывал ещё.
Сюжет прям затянул, хоть и были перерывы между актами. Бои всегда уникальны и даже после столького времени в игре, я не всё опробовал.
Но так же есть один мелкий минус, который подбешивает, но не портит игру, а просто делает её интереснее. Шансы/проценты выпадения нужных цифр, это фальш. Я никак не поверю, что с 95% шансом на удар, я промахнусь 2 раза из 3 удара. Не поверю, что при нужных 15, на 10 костях не выпадает выше 14.
Выглядит так, мол если шанс попасть по противнику 75%, это мизерный шанс на попадание, а 90% это "либо попадёшь, либо нет", хотя Лаэзель 5 раз без промаха попадала подряд с шансом 30%, так что не понятно.

Производительность отличная. Лагает только несколько секунд при перезагрузке в третьем акте, в городе.

Короче, эту игру советую всем, даже тем кто ненавидит жанр. Поиграйте как минимум 8 часов хотя бы, она зацепит.

One of the best games ever made, the story is Amazing, I wish there is a DLC for it.
The replay-ability of the game is extremely good, especially with mods to make the game harder/easier for you
Only wish is that ACT 3 of the game wasn't boring as it overwhelms you with quests...
