PROS:
- Está barato (aunque al parecer se regaló anteriormente).
- Es muy bonito gráficamente (la razón por la que lo compré y que lo terminé).
- No es tedioso de jugar, de hecho se pasa en un día (disclaimer: tiene partes tediosas o "desafiantes").
- Los tiempos de jugabilidad vs momentos de diálogo está bien equilibrados.
- Es simple e intuitivo.

Contras:
- Tiene evidentes bugs, por lo que genera un poco de frustración morir o no avanzar por razones externas a la habilidad del jugador (aunque son menores, no deberían ocurrir).
- No es posible configurar los botones por lo que se hace un poco incómodo jugar con teclado, sobre todo al recoger objetos.
- Volviendo al tema de los bugs, tuve que borrar una partida bien avanzada porque ni cerrando el juego se resolvía. El bug consistía en que duplicaba un item y no permitía recoger el siguiente. De hecho, habría sido genial un inventario ya que no tenía sentido ir recogiendo uno a uno los items (esta condición no aportaba a jugabilidad ni narrativa).

Aun con los contras, sería genial ver una sgunda parte con estos puntos resueltos.

This is a gorgeous and relaxing puzzle and platform game. The art style and the music are pretty. However, it would be nice if there was somewhere to check what is your goal (I sometimes forget it, mostly when I haven't played the game for a long time).

This is why I shouldn't discard a game that has "low ratings" like this one. I really enjoyed Nubarron. I don't get how only 69% like it. It was simple, fun quirky and different. I liked this game. I recommend giving it a try if you like discovering different abilities as you progress and then using them to advance. The game's not too long. It was fun.

¿Alguna vez sintieron que su día no podía empeorar mas y resulta que no encuentran la sube, se les manchan las zapatillas nuevas, o se corta la luz en verano mientras van ganando la ultima de sus ranked para subir a oro? bueno, asi es la vibra de este juego.
No sabes muy bien como resolver los acertijos, y nunca sabes si lo que estas haciendo esta bien o a veces no sabes como seguir porque no le encontras la vuelta, pero al mismo tiempo; la musica te reconforta, los graficos acompañan ese sentimiento de melancolia y desencuentro que tiene el protagonista al no encontrar su sombrero y el jugador al no poder resolver del todo bien los acertijos, el arte en general del juego es simplemente espectacular.
Este juego es una oda a la resiliencia, maravilloso 2D.
Tenia ganas de comprarlo desde que salio y la verdad cumplió con mis expectativas.

Es un juego de plataformas entretenido pero por momentos, algunos niveles se ponen un poco difíciles. El arte es bellísimo, por si solo es un 10.
Lo único que siento que falta son opciones para subir/bajar/quitar el audio o efectos sonoros, el efecto del trueno está altísimo y se vuelve molesto. Por otro lado estaría buena una opción para modificar los controles, pero es algo a lo que te podes adaptar.

A pretty game, marred by fairly-poor platforming. Far too often, you have to make leaps of faith, or make nearly-pixel-perfect jumps that are just infuriating. In the most frustrating parts of the game, the cloud goes into angry mode and shocks you if you stand still for more than a couple seconds, causing you to respawn. After nearly 2 hours, I am done with this game, and not even remotely interested in trying to push forward.

O jogo é divertidinho e visualmente bonito, mas falta história, e tem muitos bugs. Os Controles às vezes param de funcionar do nada, objetos travam na tela, interações com objetos no jogo não funciona. Frequentemente temos que reiniciar o jogo para voltar a funcionar, e perdemos progresso.
É um bom jogo para quem não quer compromisso, e tem paciência.

Tedious.

I easily recommend puzzle-platformers, as long as they function properly, but I'm not having fun with this one. Here are the main suspected reasons:

- Lack of visibility/feedback, with the viewport zooming on the character without showing the bigger picture. For instance, when adjusting a water level with a valve, you cannot see the water.

- Too many timers. In particular, half the game forces you to move constantly in order to escape a time bomb over your head. I find nothing entertaining in non-stop insta-kill chases. (Although it was expected, as it's announced in the store page, there is simply too much of it.)

- The platforming is 2nd-rate. In particular, I keep getting stuck between hit boxes for no apparent reasons, and the jumping is highly unresponsive with a controller.

1.我气死，死活跳不上去！这绝对不是我的问题！这bug有点无语。。。
2.按E发动操作时卡住了，只能退一下重开，又一个大bug
3.没有中文版这让我可太伤心了，只能用我仅有的中学英语水平艰难理解了。
不过反正是白嫖，我就不说啥了，画面还行，操作也巨简单，很适合无聊的时候一个人玩

Art and music was BEAUTIFUL! Such a pretty game...

BUT

The gameplay was less challenging and more frustrating. The instructions were just vague enough that you had an idea of what you needed to do, but only a vague idea of how to do it. I bumbled my way through to the end, hated the main character and the weirdly loose and simple story line which was so strange cause there was so much Lore in the pages of the Nubarron (that you find through the game) and then there was a twist at the end that implied an epic story that just didn't exist throughout the whole game.

The game felt disjointed. So much time and effort in the art and sound design. The Lore was interesting, and the end promised a lot, but the actually story in this game was like a pamphlet about a game that it wanted to be and the gameplay annoyed the hell out of me.

A titre liminaire, précisons que leur campagne Kickstarter de 2014 ayant échoué, le studio de développement a dû faire plusieurs travaux alimentaires avant de pouvoir publier son jeu. Même avec une sortie en 2020, le jeu semble inachevé. Le concept était prometteur mais le résultat est décevant.

Liste des points qui m'ont donné l'impression de jouer à une alpha :
*L'histoire n'a ni queue ni tête : les scènes post-crédits contredisent celles du début du jeu.
*Le bestiaire est sous exploité : il n'y a que deux ennemis majeurs, certains ennemis mineurs n'ont qu'une seule occurrence, certains n'ont même droit qu'à une brève description dans le grimoire.
*Le développement personnel du protagoniste ne fait aucun sens :
#On passe d'un bonhomme jovial qui est l'ami de tous à un vieux schnock aigri qui va jusqu'à causer la destruction de la forêt et la mort de nombreux membres du petit peuple puis finalement à un héros qui veut sauver le monde du chaos qu'il a lui-même créé. Sans qu'à aucun moment on ne ressente de l'empathie pour lui.
#Au cours de l'aventure, il se rend compte qu'il déteste son chapeau porte-bonheur car il le rendait malheureux mais il continue quand même de le chercher.
#Plus l'histoire avance et il se persuade que le nuage est son ami et qu'il le maîtrise de plus en plus alors que les mécaniques de jeu indiquent clairement l'inverse.
*Il n'y a pas de trophées sur la version PC (alors qu'ils existent sur XBox).
*Énormément de contenu présenté lors de la campagne Kickstarter n'est pas présent dans la version finale du jeu.
*Il n'est pas possible de revenir en arrière pour récupérer les pages manquantes du Nubarron.

Le studio revendique l'ambition de développer des jeux sensibilisant aux problématiques du changement climatique et de l'exploitation animale mais c'est tout le contraire dans ce jeu. On met le feu à la forêt entière et on passe notre temps à tuer les créatures qui y habitent, parfois de manière purement gratuite.

Долго ждали игру (еще со времен Greenlight), но в итоге вышла совсем не такой, как ожидали. Графика поменялась. Она осталось милой, но первые концепты были лучше.

Игра простовата по геймплею. Суть в том, что к главному герою постоянно привязана молния, которой можно всех шарахать. И как-то это все крипово выглядит. Тебе нужно пройти? Зажарь молнией вон того краба, чтобы у него глаза вылезли и используй его труп как мост? Мешает вода? Долбани вон по тому слизню и прыгай на его труп! Гном просто мастер использовать трупы!

В общем жаль, но вышло очень средне..

Like the other most recent review mentioned, this game seems to have issues depending on you pc. I'm stuck early in the game where you slide down a hill and just need to jump over stuff because the jumping doesn't work properly and the gnome will practically stop moving forward mid-jump. I looked at other gameplay videos and the jumping has no such issues.
Will gladly change review if it's fixed but as is I can't even play the game any further.

Not sure if it's an issue with my machine (I know some indie games do not like high frame rates, but I also tried it locked lower) but this game just mostly isn't good. Tons of jumps are near frame-perfect, the respawn checkpoints are forgiving (mostly) but the restart time is very slow considering. The game is relatively pretty for sure but also not a fan of the "accidentally kill cute bunnies randomly" mechanic which you'll come across after playing for a little bit.

It's probably not a terrible game but there's just no guidance on some things and figuring them out is incredibly painful, even as someone who has played and beaten almost every metroidvania-esque platformer on Steam. It honestly just doesn't feel like I played the same game the other reviews suggest they have.

I had fun with the game. The idea of the cloud and how you use it is very good. The visuals are beautiful also (except the mud puddles). I would polish the dialogues a bit more, at least give the poor gnome a name. Also, when you select menu choices it's a bit confusing to know which option you have selected, it would be better if the word changed color or got bolder.

Nubarron est un petit jeux de plateforme/casse tête sympathique mais finalement classique dans son genre, la seule vrai originalité étant votre arme qui peut se retourner contre vous.

Plutôt réussi et agréable. On identifie bien les plateforme et on comprend la plupart du temps assez bien le chemin à prendre.

Minimaliste mais agréable. Les bruitages sont très réussis.

[u] Game play [/u]
Assez varié, les phases de plateforme pure peuvent parfois se révéler difficile mais cela est atténué par l'absence de Game over ainsi que par de très nombreux points de sauvegarde.

[u] Contenu [/u]
Un rapport temps de jeux/prix très correct mais une rejouabilité limité. Seuls les acharnés auront vraiment envie de tenter une seconde fois l'aventure pour compléter totalement le jeux.

If you enjoy games like Trine or Hollow Knight you'll enjoy the gameplay elements in this one, and at the price it's a no brainer

although it would have been nice if they could have given people a demo, you have the Steam 2hr refund window but you'll be enjoying the game before you get to using that.

as a huge platform puzzler fan this one slots straight into my list of enjoyable games, go on and buy it, it's only £7.

Stunning art and fine level design make this beautiful platformer a fun and original Indie Gem, get it!
